CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Does The Job Plows through my seasonal needs as good as my old 2-Stroke, but without the hassle of premix and stubborn starting. I filled the reservoir totally with playground sand and it made the unit heavier than I need it to be. I'll experiment with the amount of sand later. June 16, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great deal of thought went into the design of this tiller. This product lives up to the quality I've come to expect from Black & Decker. I found it to be well-built and easy to assemble. Also easy to disassemble (remove two cotter pins and the tines come right off for easy cleaning; two bolt and the wheels come off, too) into a compact size for storage. The unit is light enough so it can be used and moved without difficulty (the wheels are sufficiently sturdy), yet heavy enough to get the job done. Need it heavier? That large "thing" on the top is not a battery. Rather, it is a removable plastic tank than can be filled with sand. What a neat feature! The only "ding" I would give is that the opening where the cord loops through needs to be slightly larger. One caveat: Obviously, if you are attempting to roto-till an area comprised of hard-packed clay, choose something other than an electric tiller. May 6, 2014
