Bought one of these machines 12 days ago and it's already falling apart. Would not recommend it at all and am annoyed that we bought it. The showerhead has come undone and it's not clear yet where a white tube inside should be attached. Will be returning it today. If I'd seen these reviews earlier , would not have bought it.

I bought this coffee maker 8 days ago. Now it will not pump. It is 8 am and I don't have a cup of coffee.I thought I was getting a good product. Don't buy this product.

This coffee maker has all that a coffee maker needs - start, stop, auto turn-off and brew timer. No bells and whistles that you'll never use anyway. The height is perfect to fit and brew under overhead wall cabnets. It's quiet and brews quickly. It's a piece of art on my kitchen counter too. Love the hideaway power cord and you just can't beat the price for the quality anywhere ... I checked all major & minor retailers in comparison. Hopefully, it lasts 20 years like my last coffee maker!

First, please let me state that I love your coffeemakers. I have purchased at least a dozen in the past 7 years. However, the coffeemaker that I want has the "Perfect Pour" carafe, and yes it makes a huge difference in the ease of filling and then pouring coffee! Both of the recently purchased models advertised the Perfect Pour carafe on the website so I ordered them. Not so. When I opened the box, the first thing I checked was the pot. Bummer. Now I need to send them back for a refund. I would very much appreciate someone contacting me so that I can order the correct model. I need at least two. Thanks so much!!

This is the worst coffee maker EVER! The coating on the warmer is already wearing off and we have only had it for approximately 2 months. The filter system has already clogged and coffee grinds went into the water reservoir. This coffee maker is just poorly designed. We are returning it!

This is the worst maker I ever had in my life. I bought this two months ago and from the very first day there were issues. The coffee grounds some how kept getting pushed in with the water. It would only brew half a pot and if you wanted a whole pot you had to hold the carafe manually. After about a week the hot water some how caused the carafe to break so I had to purchase another one of these. Then the best part....the coffee some how started coming out from under neath the whole maker itself. This kept happening once the pot brewed about a half of carafe. Finally today I woke up to a maker that was completely fried because this time the coffee got all over the maker and fried the inside. I would have never expected this from Black and Decker. To top it off....I never signed up for the warranty because I thought " ehhhh what could go wrong with a coffee maker". With my next NON Black and Decker pot I will never make that mistake again!

I am ready to chuck this new coffee maker. No mater what I do,when I make coffee the pot leaks water from the spout all over my counter top and stove. I have poured the water slow or fast with no change, I have tried to fill the coffee maker 6 cups at a time again with the same result.
NOTE: After the coffee is brewed, I have to pour a cup over the sink because again the pot is leaking all over my counter top and floor only now with very HOT coffee. THE DESIGN OF THE POT ON THIS COFFEE MAKER is poor.The only coffee makers I have ever purchased are B&D If this is what they are going to bring to the market do I need to look at a different brand ???

I do like the programmable functions and this particular coffee maker has lasted for well over a year now with daily use. I also am fond of the re-usable filter that came with it. No need to use paper coffee filters! My complaint however is that the carafe is the worst I've ever used. The pour spout is designed such that I can only pour a cup of coffee at a snail's pace without coffee dripping everywhere! The spout is absolutely the worst feature of this coffee maker. I would really like to find a replacement carafe with the narrow glass spout that works rather than this extra wide plastic one that simply creates a big mess every morning.
