Difficult to clean/empty the debris chamber. Attachments do not stay in the space designed for their storage. They simply fall out and are easily lost.

Much more powerful than my old B&D 9.2 volt. Vents so that grit is not blown in your face like my previous unit. Holds its charge for a long time. I like the washable filter. I don't really use the extra suction tools that come with it but there is no prevision for storage on the unit. Cons: very small mouth opening.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by dlite pretty good for the price
I needed a new cordless hand vac and this time I wanted the wet/dry feature. Other models I looked at didn't have the best reviews, were around 7 volts or under, or were too big and bulky. I didn't find any reviews of this before purchasing it, but since other B&D hand vacs mostly get good marks, I decided to try it. Overall I am satisfied with the suction, the angle of the suction tip, the canister capacity and how long the charge lasts (about 15 minutes of vacuuming). I think the only down side, and for me it wasn't really that big of a deal, was the cleaning/dumping of the canister. You have to pull out fuzz etc that gets caught in the tip area and, being a wet/dry vac, the canister needs to be rinsed out. Sometimes debris can be caught in the tip which necessitates a thorough rinsing and agitating to knock the debris loose and clean.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by Shug Poorly designed Power button
This 'dust buster' was one of only a couple that my store carried. I've only had it a month or so but the power/ON button is already acting up. It gets stuck in the off/on position and is very hard to toggle between the two. I will be taking this item back this weekend and will look for one somewhere else.

Not the unit I wanted, but purchased anyway to fulfill a need for lake house. Preference is for the pivoting head unit made by a competitor which HD no longer offers; this is a problem for me with HD, that being constant changing of products over time.
