Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well for non-precision use. I have not used this screwdriver much yet. However, it appears fairly easy to use and includes a lock function. While using, you simply press down on the button after switching it to the side you need. In my opinion, it turns on a little too easily, but after using for a while I would probably get used to it. I bought this mainly because I could plug it into an outlet without a separate charger. It does okay at that, but it will extend down from the wall outlet it's plugged into, so I would recommend either that you have around a foot minimum clearance under your outlet or that you have a power strip, etc. The controls aren't stellar, but I would say they get the job done. I wouldn't recommend using this as much for precision work, as it's a little wobbly (not excessively) while running. It comes with one double-sided phillips and slotted hex bit. I am not sorry I bought this at all, these are just a few things I wanted to point at.See the next section for some more thoughts. On a side note, if you are looking for a ratcheting screwdriver for computer or delicate work, I would highly recommend one from Felo. I own a Felo 374 ratcheting screwdriver. After I bought it, I was immediately impressed with the build quality (made in Germany), and find that I reach for it much more often than this Black and Decker one. Also, the shaft is narrow enough to get into tighter spots, and the ratcheting action is superb (doesn't feel like it'll give out, unlike a cheap one that came with a computer tool kit). In short, for most scenarios I would recommend the Felo, but for jobs around the house the Black and Decker could be handy.
