3.6-Volt Lithium-Ion 1/4 in. Cordless SmartDriver is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smart driver I was truly impressed with this product. It is small for a woman's hand so it is controlable. It charges quickly and remains charged for several months which is great for one never remembers to charge something in advance of usage, excluding emergencies. My husband has passed away and using his drill was OK but I was not comfortable with it for it was made for a man to use. I have MS and need to maintain my balance, using my husband's drill needed pressure which made me very fearful. This drill is small, light weight and so easy to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everyone needs one! This is a fantastic tool!!! I have used it for years now and I can't imagine being without it. It's a better screwdriver and drill than the comparable Ryobi with the swappable batteries. This has more torque and feel. Not as fast with the RPM's but in this case that's a good thing. I've used this to install custom closets, replace handlesets, take apart washing machines, interior auto panels and even in the local junk yard. As long as you don't think its a drill, and a really great screwdriver, you'll be happy. It's never going to replace my 18v DeWalt hammer drill, but it's not supposed to. As for sinking a screw into a stud (as another reviewer said), it will! That was my very first test to see what this little guy could handle. If you have issues...predrill. My one and only complaint is this tool doesn't lock the bit in so you have to pay attention when reversing as to not have the bit come out. I am planning on gluing a magnet to the bottom of the bit holder or JB welding in a small quick release. Both should solve the problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really like this product Has more torque than I expected and love the lithium battery. Only thing missing is if it would "hold" the bits with a lock of some sort, like my previous driver. Overall, very pleased and the small size allows using it with less clearance than previous driver.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Drill has long lasting battery Drill is small, but good power. Battery is long lasting and will put in alot of screws on one charge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from excellent This product is a very helpful tool when it comes to some tight spaces that have very little light. It also helps with the smaller screws that are hard to hold on to.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs a few more features: Product works great, does everything I expected it to. Needs a few more upgrades 1: Needs two speeds instead of one constant speed. 2: Reversing switch could be positioned better. 3: Charger could have a finished light or something to tell you when it is fully charged. Other than that this is a great tool and does exactly what it says it will.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great handy little smartdriver I was visiting my son who had one and was so impressed that I had to have one for myself. It's great for working in tight spaces. It is powerful enough for tough jobs. I especially like the fact that the battery charge lasts for a long time. I've used it for drilling screw holes, driving and removing screws. I like the compactness, so I can put it in my pocket when I'm climbing a ladder or working on a ladder.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from What do they mean smartdriver? I bought this to replace an old B&D screwdriver, the one that folds. After years of hard work, it had finally died. Thinking that this model, costing $10 more, would be that much better, I bought it. Was I disappointed. Has half the power and one third the battery life of the old one. I've read what others have said but what are they comparing it to? DLH
