I'm looking for a quality product. Such product usually carry a money back return guarantee. DeWalt does, per the Home Depot ad. Does Black and Decker?

Rated 2.2 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by ok not for professional use, good for small jobs. its ok March 9, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent drill for the price Very handy in tight spots, easy and relatively quiet. Sometimes the hammer/drill clutch gets "locked" between gears, even that is easy to solve by rotating the chuck. Weight distribution could be a bit better, as designer would consider more centered grip. I have drilled 100+ 4.5mm and 6mm holes in concrete, even few 8 mm and had no problem. The piece still works as new. One thing bothers me, why I see these disgruntled guys reviews on DR650 page also. My guess is that they truly are writing about DR650. Don't know about DR650, but the DR670 what I have is a good drill for the price. Sure, you probably get a better drill by paying $400, so go ahead. February 27, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Junk junk junk This can best be described as a light duty hammer drill, which really makes no sense because if you need a hammer drill then you need something pretty rugged. This drill died literally after 10 minutes of hammer drill use. The chuck is plastic and stopped working after about 5 minutes of use. Don't waste your money on this pile of junk. July 11, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Black & Decker Don't waste your time or money on this piece of junk....first day I used it the motor smoked....garbage October 1, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Chuck broke on second use I drilled approximately 25 3/16" holes in my basement floor and then the chuck came off trying to drill the next hole and now I can't get it back on and can't get my bit out. April 13, 2013
