I have owned this one for three years and have never needed an adapter for any of our bicycles, motorcycles, four wheelers, trucks, etc.. However it does come with adapters for basketballs/footballs and for inflatable rafts.

No. It does not have a pressure tank to build up the air flow you need to blow water lines.

Rated 3.7 out of 5 by 81 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Better than ann inflator that only operates on 12V My old 12v inflator takes a month to fill a kiddie pool or a float. My daughter got a pretty big kiddie pool (Like 4'x6') whose sides only are inflated and which has three separate air chambers. I set my old12v inflator on one and tackled another with my Zefal stand up bicycle pump. After an hour I worried about my car battery ( and my sore arms) and saw there was almost no progress. My daughter's neighbor came out and offered us his Air Station that was 20 years old and ran on house current. It made fairly quick work of that pool both times we filled it so far. I notice that it gets a little hot, so I'm not optimistic for the long run. Also, the AC plug AND the inflator hose are pretty short although the 12v hose is long. It can be inconvenient using AC. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Did not make the grade! The off/on switch is located in the storage compartment for the DC power cord, so this cord has to be removed from storage even if you are using the 100 v power option. The compressor would run for 15 to 30 seconds and then stop for up to a minute before running again regardless of the power source being used. As received the DC power cord was faulty (no spring in the center contact). They sent a new power cord so I could replace the spring myself. There is not a convenient handle for carrying this compressor. I got this to replace a B&D Air Station that I had been using for about 20 years. This replacement was a big disappointment, so it has been returned to Home Depot. July 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by B and D air station I like the dual voltage option and locking air nozzle with auto off at present pressure. A tad noisy, a rotary compressor would have been a better choice. Overall a good little compressor. August 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Does a good job. This product comes with a two year warranty, and I bought an extra two year warranty for only $7.00. This gives me four years of coverage which should be plenty. I use it to fill bicycle and car tires mostly, and I can take it out in the woods with me in case of a problem away from electricity. Just plug it into the lighter power source. July 27, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by This is a toy It has no power and I returned back. It works for nothing. July 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Product A really good air station. I love that it stops at your designated PSI. July 5, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not as expected. The power cord is short as well as the air hose. You have to remove the DC power cord to be able to use the on/off switch. It has a very slow inflation rate. June 21, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by replacement for broken one good product. old one burned up so replaced with this one June 21, 2016
