Re: Briggs Gateway Rollator in Purple 1. Do I have to purchase this from a brick-and-mortar store for the warrenty to be honored? 2. If there is a malfunction or breakage on the rollator, how do I get it repaired? --Is there a "local" place to have it repaired per warrenty -- can it be Fed-Ex'ed back to the seller for repair? -- can I get a single part or is there only a "package" of parts that I must buy {I may not need all the parts} 3. Is there an issue with "balance" if I'm leaning forward? Will the smaller wheels lift up? 4. It appears the large front wheels swivel. Is there an issue of the front wheels turning left or right (even with brakes locked on the rear) if I'm sitting in it? 5. What is the small "cup"-like black piece on the left side at the base of the vertical handle?

Hi Wildsplash, see below answers to your questions; I attached a link to the manufactures site for your convenience. 1. Do I have to purchase this from a brick-and-mortar store for the warranty to be honored? No, this item comes with a 3 year limited Manufacturer Warranty, whether purchased in-store or online. 2. If there is a malfunction or breakage on the rollator, how do I get it repaired? The manufacture Briggs Healthcare will send a UPS call tag for pickup and a replacement unit would be sent less $9.99 shipping fee. All return shipments must be shipped prepaid and clearly marked with the return authorization issued by Briggs Healthcare Customer Service; --Is there a "local" place to have it repaired per warranty? Do not repair/ will replace -- can it be Fed-Ex'ed back to the seller for repair? UPS call tag will be sent -- can I get a single part or is there only a "package" of parts that I must buy {I may not need all the parts} No, the manufacture does not supply parts 3. Is there an issue with "balance" if I'm leaning forward? Will the smaller wheels lift up? The manufacture recommends no leaning, with that in mind if you are not happy with the product you may return it to any Home Depot store for a full refund (90 day return policy) 4.
