My daughter loves this play set so much. The only drawbacks were, it took nearly 13 hours for two adult men to put it together!!! We also had to gorilla glue several pieces of wood back together because they cracked when being drilled into-the wood is soft and kind of light weight. Like many other people commented, this product is meant for kids weight only.

Too many cracked boards. Holes holes were not not predrilled, missing slide had to call and request one from manufacturer and they sent wrong one. Not happy, paid over 750.00 wasn't worth it.

With a swingset this big we knew it would take some time. We had it built and in use in 2 days. It's sturdy enough for me (220) pounds.

Overall it is pretty straight forward. Major issues relate to the packaging and identifications of screws, nuts, washers etc. certainly when installing you need to devote enough time to the sorting out of the inventory. Numbering and labeling of wood products is good but ink should be darker so identifying is easier.

I love this gym set. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is because it is not easily put together. I had missing parts (bolts, nuts, etc.) and some instructions were either missing or completely wrong. I was able to find missing parts at my local hardware store. Just make sure you have someone with a little construction knowledge put it together. Looks great when finished. Grandchildren love it.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by pixeltip Nice looking, but has a few issues
Overall, I'm happy with this, but there are a few areas I would recommend reinforcing:
The wood is very soft and mars easily, with even my fingernail. Because of the softness, many of the screws ended up going in too deep and I ended up having to grind down the points as they protruded through the other side.
The areas where the swing support and monkey bars connect to the central piece need to be reinforced. On the monkey bars, they only connect to a thin arch piece which shouldn't be taking that much stress. So there, on either side I added a strip to tie the arch piece to the support above it.
On the swing side, while stronger than the Monkey bars, causes quite a bit of squeaking as it's putting stress on the bolts, so I added an additional cross piece there to prevent twisting and squeaking of the main supports.
The second floor wall/window (to the right of where the slide connects) is not strong at all, and I also reinforced that area, as kids have a tendency to lean out of that window and put their full weight on it.
