Since this says full dummy door knob, it comes with 2 knobs and back plates-- one for esch side of the door, correct?

Baldwin model # 5080.102.FD: includes a complete full dummy (inactive/rigid). This set will come with knobs and rosettes for both sides of the door as well as the mounting hardware but no latch as this set is inactive.

What is the difference in the Venetian Bronze and the Oil-Rubbed Bronze on the Filmore Knob set?

Answer: 
The main difference between these two finishes is that the oil rubbed bronze is intended to rub off or patina over time as the product is used. It is because of this that there is no finish warranty for the oil rubbed bronze finish. The Venetian bronze on the other hand will retain its original color and has a one year external 5 year internal finish warranty.
