Needed an economic window covering to block out sunlight in my workshop. Th3ese provided a cost-effective means of sun blocking, privacy and adjustability. The Home Depot associates were able to cut to my desired width. Installation was easy; 6 screws into 3 clips to hold the top rail. Optional clips to hold the bottom rail were not installed in my instance. No facade is included/provided for the top rail. Color white. Blinds can be easily removed without the use of tools for cleaning. The height of the blinds can be cut/adjusted in accordance to the instructions though not as easy as the overall installation.

It was nice to have a mini blind that was cut to size (we have a very large 95" wide window that is also short). However we had to hang the brackets TWICE in order to place them properly. Nowhere in the instructions or descriptions does it tell you that it is critical where you place the brackets for the operation of the blind. On top of that the installation of tilt wand for closing and opening the blind was impossible. We had to reform the metal arm that attaches the wand to the plastic loop off the blind. Totally ridiculous, and again there wasn't anything in the instructions other than "install the wand". Geeze. Thanks.

These blinds are 'cut-to-size'. The end cuts are a bit ragged, but not noticeable once they are hung up (inside mount). The associate recommended vinyl over metal, since they are primarily to help keep a room cool that gets morning sun; appreciated the guidance. I didn't try shortening the blinds, although they provide instructions. The price is good; considerably less than Blinds To Go, for example. The controls interfere a bit with the top one or two slats, but not terribly.

I needed an attractive window treatment for my house before I put it up for sale. This product was a low cost option and did the trick. Good bang for your buck. The mini blind showed upon time and was relatively easy to install. I use it for my kitchen and it darkens the room well enough during the day but of course you still know if the sun is out.

Note these are the most affordable blinds for a reason. the blind slats are plastic and are not opaque so they don't block out the light. if you want to block the light for sleeping you'll need to goto aluminum blinds or pull down blinds. they work fine for privacy.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Will Good budget blind
These blinds are budget blinds. In our house, with minimal usage, they last about 5-6 years. After that, the little plastic gadgets that guide the cords crack and break. When they break, the cords rub on the metal upper rail and that makes it harder to raise and lower the blinds. Eventually, the cord breaks and we purchase a new blind as the slats have yellowed by then also.
I do recommend that you take them out of the box and measure the actual size as the size on the box makes an adjustment for clearance and that can be misleading if you measure the actual blind width of your present blinds.
