CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 409 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by shoddy I bought these blinds 5 years ago; 4 out of 6 have already broken... At first, I thought it was a glitch, so I replaced several. They've all broken in the same place. (Equally inexpensive ones from another company lasted decades.) At approx. $30. apiece, I'm out around $120. and it's not over... there are a few more shades that I now expect to fail. The company will not replace them. July 3, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Can't Beat It for the money Can't beat this blind for the money. Fits in, works well. The break away cord broke away and haven't been able to put it back but who cares? February 3, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad brackets... nightmare to install I have installed three different brands of blinds, and the Bali brand is the most difficult, aggravating, and problematic. First, the directions do not provide much detail, and it was hard figuring out which way the brackets should mount to the wall. After I finally figured that out, getting the blind to snap into position was aggravating to say the least. The blind fits into the rear of the bracket but the front wouldn't snap without a lot of hassle. I think the blind bent a little from the twisting and turning that it took to snap it into position. About twenty minutes of sweating, swearing, and wishing you would have bought a different brand, you might finally get them into place, but not before some scrapes of the paint off the wall and possibly some bent blinds. Again, these brackets are horrible. You know what? The best brand I've installed so far were the Walmart Mainstays brand. Second best was the 2" faux wood blinds from Home Depot. And yes, I had the brackets lined up nicely. I've done this before. It's just that these brackets are so poorly designed that I'll bet the Marketing Department was rolling its eyes when the engineers demanded these brackets. I thought Bali blinds would be easy to install because it looked like a good brand. Boy was I wrong. July 2, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Reasonably Priced but Instructions Lacking I bought these in my local Home Depot. They cut them to size perfectly and they look okay for the price and work nice for my office window; however, the included instructions are very cryptic. There are single sentences, very short ones, and poor illustrations. They could at least refer you to a website with better instructions. May 5, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good simple cheap blinds Blinds themselves are just fine. Nothing fancy. Instructions are average to poor. Especially the part about how to install the blind rail into the brackets. Instructions for this step were terrible. I went through a fair amount of frustration and bent some steel trying to force it in before I went to the internet looking for instructions. It was Sageoldman's review that finally did the trick. There is a tab on the bracket that goes on the INSIDE of the railing, not the OUTSIDE. Once I had that figured out it went smoothly and solidly clicked into place. June 5, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good product, lousy screws I like this product but the screws that come with the blinds are terrible. Stop by the fastener aisle and purchase better screws before you leave the store. June 24, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall good; wand size odd I bought 3 for a bedroom -- all the same length but different widths. I was very surprised that the adjustment wand length varied by the width of the blind. So the wand on my wide window was 50% longer that for the narrow window. The wand length should be based on the height of the window. Otherwise, they look funny. I eventually cut the long wand to make them even length - lost the little bubble that finishes the end. Overall, they're inexpensive and still good value. April 28, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 72" blind I fit perfectly where a other type of blind had been, October 14, 2014
