Customer Reviews

Rated 1.0 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Shower head unusable, missing parts I bought two of these kits and two ceiling supports and 3 out of 4 products are defective and/or missing parts. Both shower heads are unusable! One set screw is missing where the riser meets the rod and one screw for the support has no threads! Very poor quality control. I wrote Barclay's requesting new set screws and recommendations for new shower heads. Hopefully they will at least send me new screws. If I could go back, I'd order something of higher quality. I hired a guy to install these and either I solve things in free time I don't have or pay him to and he has to come back again as well. Boo. I'd say open immediately and make sure you have all parts and just plan on replacing the shower head and finding the mystery adaptor (available where??) or just buy something better.
