Answer:
Usually not unless there are damaged sections at the store near you. Easiest is to simply buy a section 6 X * and take pieces apart. Save what is left for future repairs. Only problem is they will not match color.

We currently have a split rail fence that needs to be replaced but the ground presents a real problem for us. The initial fence was put in concrete because the holes were impossible to dig. Now the posts are rotted.

I've used them with great success even in very hard stone ground . The fence and gates I installed are still holding strong after many years. The best part is it's fast, easy to use and no cement needed.

Answer:
Our neighbors had cedar fencing installed and used galvanized pipe with u brackets. These are the kind that are used with chain link fence. It worked for them but we have to look at the pipes. I would think you could drive them down in. They looked like 2" pipe.

Customer Reviews

Rated 3.4 out of 5 by 20 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by worst purchase ever where do I begin, purchased panels and stained them within 2 days and hung panels the next day. Should call these panels economy minus. Within 3 days after hanging panels weather turned to 90 degrees and pickets or verticals whatever you want to call them started to warpbadly some by an inch or more and quite a few also just cracked vertically. 1\4 of the pickets had a single nail some had 5 in the same spot consequently tthe boards warped outward and curled. Horizontal 2x3,s cracked and splintered badly to the point where stain was no longer presnt for 2 to 3 inches. HAD TO REINFORCE WITH ADDITIONAL 2X3. VERY POOR QUALITY WOOD SHOULD BE THHICKER TO RESOLVE SOME ISSUES. Should have purchased shadow box too late now its a lot of work to do over. Not a good product probably won't last a year. Very disappoinnted. June 11, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Trash Lost a lot of money and time installing and painting this junk only to have it warp and split within 4 weeks April 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love this fence!! My husband & I put about 25 of these panels up to finish fencing our property a couple of months ago. With a bunch of rain delays, we got it up in less than 7 days. The fence itself is pretty thin compared to others they sell, but the price is worth it. We've had plenty of windy days since installation & we haven't had any problems or issues. I personally love the style of the fence. It's adorable. I would recommend as others did to check each panel when you buy them. My husband said he had to dig through many to find good ones which is pretty unfortunate but with some time, you'll find great ones. Had no issues installing. Digging holes is the most time consuming & I'd strongly recommend renting an auger. & double checking your holes are straight. We had a couple a little off but you can hardly tell once it's all up. Love this fence & all the privacy we now have in our yard! June 25, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very poor quality The quality of this product is terrible. Note that when they say "flat top" what they really mean is that the front surface of the pickets is flat - not that it is cut flat across the top (which is what I thought that meant) Every piece of stockade fence I have ever seen has a convex surface. The pickets are only 5/16" thick and as other reviewers have noted the wood is of very poor quality - knots, cracks, holes, warped, etc. If you are a slumlord or a house flipper and don't care if your fence lasts, this is the product for you! Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not recommended- garbage Had this installed about four years ago allowed to dry before priming - primed and then applied full bodied stain - it's been disengrating, dry rot everywhere where wood touches wood- this been going on for 3 years- now I have to replace section by section. The posts are breaking/ rotting out at ground level- even though they were treated - not happy June 27, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exactly what I needed This is exactly what I needed. It fit right in as a replacement and gave me the privacy I was looking for. June 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by thanks Thanks to maybell casillas for her kindly help. Hope every employee has like her. 100% feedback d June 10, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Fencing Panels I purchased 5 panels just last summer, looks great in appearance but, wood is extremely cheap and did not sustain the windy winter panels break easily and get worn very quickly. I am in fact one year later now going to purchase a more expensive durable panel. April 19, 2015
