I can't find the manual, nor can I tell who the manufacturer is. Otherwise, I would have gone to the website for assistance.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Extremely well crafted product This is a quality product! I have had several issues with the brands that are carried in-store by Home Depot. You get them home, install them and they immediately leak. Not so this product! The product comes in three parts; the stopper, a threaded roller ball adapter and the threaded adapter (fits 3/8" and 5/16" drain threads). Simply thread the roller ball adapter to the stopper. Unloosen the screw on the adapter. Determine which size you need to screw into the tub. And simply insert the other end into the roller ball adapter and tighten the screw. Screw it into the tub and voila a perfect fit! The look is quite nice considering that I've only paid $13 for it. The stopper is brushed nickel and the adapters all appear to be copper. The only part that appears to be plastic or rubber is the washer that seals the water into the tub. Which of course is exactly where I would expect plastic or rubber for a quality piece.
