One of the two bulbs only worked for a day or so. We've tried every recommendation for re-setting it, but nothing works.

I have other Belkin products...netcams and they work well....that's why I bought this product to light my outdoor garage lights. Unfortunately, like others that have reviewed this product...when it works it is great, but it will lose the link to the bulbs and you have to unplug the wemo hub and plug it back it for the link to the app is lost and the bulbs are not detected. If you are away, you are screwed. This should not happen... the wemo link and bulbs should recover after power outages/modem resets on their own, otherwise what's the point. Not a very reliable product at this time. I hope, like the netcams that had issues initially, that Belkin fixes this issue in a firmware update soon.

It's so simple to hook up & I love how I can turn my lights on & off from miles & miles away !!! It gives the appearance that someone is home when you're away. I also have the Belkin switch hooked up to my TV so that I can also control that from away.

After multiple resets, firmware upgrades, etc that others had tried, I returned these. There was no solution I could find. Once every 3-4 days, the lights would randomly turn on in the middle of the night or day. Not so bad at 4 in the afternoon, but a little rough to sleep through. I work in IT and have days and weeks and months to troubleshoot problems, but light bulbs aren't one that's worth my time. I returned these.

I bought these lights to be able to control them when we are not home for extended periods of time. During the first 6 months they disconnected from the wifi about 10 times. So here is the kicker, we left home for our 3 month vacation. Going down the road a bit, I went to set them to away. Guest what, they are not connecting to the wifi. This means one will be left on constantly for 3 months.
Also, you can on set one time which makes no sense. You either have to have a turn on or turn off time but not both when using them daily. You have to manually go in and do the off or on part it doesn't allow you to set up
Lastly, you can't use these at 2 different locations. I guess that's good for me because I am returning my second set I was going to put at my summer place. I am also going to see if HD will take the other set back.
Having to be there to reconnect them defeats the whole reason for having a remote device.

Product worked for about a week. Then everyday from then on the part that stays in the wall would turn itself off after a couple of hours. So then you have to replug it in and hope it configures with the app otherwise you need to do configure the bulb and the app all over again. Very disappointed in this product.

Nice price from Home Depot. Almost cheaper to by the starter kit than to expand one bulb at a time.

I purchased 2 memo starter kits, in hopes to use one in my day to day home and then another in my second home. I was bummed to find that I cannot use the Wemo app on 1 device to control Wemo devices in different homes. Please add this support. Until then I am unwilling to pair with my Nest devices, since Nest allows me to control devices in different homes within the same app.
In the meantime I guess my husband will have to control one home on his device and me the other home on my device. Not the most ideal situation. :(
