Like everyone else, mine lasted less than a year. I made three cups this morning. It stopped working on the 4th. I typically only make one cup a day.

I bought mine a year ago, it did stopped working, I manage to change the 10 A fuse, and it worked till accidentally I plugged it in 220volts plug,
Now it requires a heater, otherwise it is an excellent coffee maker.

It is slow, it drips a long time after brewing, and to remove the drip cup you have to tilt it up! Guess what happens then if there is coffee in there?

Purchased a purple one scoop - one cup coffeemaker for my husband in Dec. 2013. It just suddenly stopped working on March 5, 2016 after brewing just a half cup of coffee. He was extremely disappointed because he loves this coffeemaker plus the fact that it was an anniversary gift from me. However, after reading other reviews here, he is very happy that his has worked for over 2 years. Plan to call the company to find out why some of these have such a short lifespan.

The price is great, the color selection is wonderful--but the heating element apparent just burns out after a while. Given all the bad reviews this product has received, and given how many people still would like it if it were longer-lasting and more dependable, you'd think Sensio would fix whatever engineering defect is causing this problem.

When I first bought my Bella One Scoop One Cup in Red I was really excited. It was perfect as I was moving into a very small kitchen. I gave away my Keurig when I bought the Bella. Once in a while I noticed some water under it, I assumed I had spilled some but under the machine? Then areas on the machine along seams had dark lines when wiped off it was dark thick coffee!! That should not have been there, and the machine was at the 1 year mark.
Worse 2 weeks later, no warranty now, I filled it with cold water, added coffee to the filter, turned it on went back expecting a nice hot cup of coffee but got a surprise... in the pot sat the water and dry coffee. I dumped out the water and tried again, a few times.... still nothing. No coffee for me.
The machine was cleaned monthly, only had cold water added to it and fine ground coffee. It has never been dropped or knocked over, it sits in it's own spot on my counter, always has.
To have given away a machine I had for many years that had no problems and end up with a machine that broke in a year makes me angry. I would warn others not to buy this product if this happens to every machine. There is no place manual or website that explains why this could happen. Extremely disappointed and without a coffee maker.
