I have been calling to inquire about replacing my carafe. I can't get through to anyone. I will not leave a message as I will most likely not be able to talk when/if someone calls me back. It is starting to look as though I will be switching brands of coffee makers. I have been generally satisfied the with coffee maker, but my husband will not drink the coffee from it. He says it tastes like the coffee has been burned. I initially bought this brand because of the nice design. I should have known better and bought a coffee maker with better reviews.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Thirsty Cranky Last Brew really means "Last Brew".
This review is basically a summary agreeing with most of the other comments. 1) It looks great 2) It works a couple months 3) Stuck on Last brew. 4) I now have a $40 Red dotted paperweight. Not impressed.
At first I thought the Last Brew message meant it kept up with when you enjoyed your last brewed cup of coffee, which in my case worked perfectly last night. I now understand it to mean Last Brew literally as "Last Brew" and it is equivalent to the Ring of lights on an Xbox. It basically just makes fun of you by counting how many minutes you have waited for an empty pot of nothing. #Game over. #DunkinDonutsHereICome

I like the style but I'm disappointment that there is no instruction in the user guide manual how to set the timer to brew the coffee, I don't even know what are these other buttons on the coffee maker will do.

My coffee maker was given to me, used, but clean and new looking. I was able to figure out the buttons without a manual and really enjoy how hot the coffee is. I called customer service this morning and they are sending a manual to me so I can figure out a few other things. I love it and will buy another when this one is done.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Mystt First machine worked epic; Second one not so much.
First one worked flawless; broke the pot by accident though and so since that was my fault, decided to just buy a new machine. Second one the unit turns on and brews just fine, but doesn't manually power down (yes even after holding the far right button in), the only way to power down is to unplug it. What a shame, for if you manage to get a working one, with no issues it's worth the investment.
