I have been calling to inquire about replacing my carafe. I can't get through to anyone. I will not leave a message as I will most likely not be able to talk when/if someone calls me back. It is starting to look as though I will be switching brands of coffee makers. I have been generally satisfied the with coffee maker, but my husband will not drink the coffee from it. He says it tastes like the coffee has been burned. I initially bought this brand because of the nice design. I should have known better and bought a coffee maker with better reviews.

The coffee pot worked well for awhile, but now, it seems its brain has stalled. Really disappointed that we are back on the hunt for a decent coffee pot. Thank goodness I still have my 4 cup Mr. Coffee from the 1980's as a back up! No more Bella for us!

Bought it Sunday brought it home and set it up, then nothing. No water comes thru and the bottom plate doesn't heat up. Been stuck at home now for 4 days without coffee after hand surgery on Monday. Can't give a zero rating.

I bout this pot about 3 mths ago it worked fine until this morning. I tried to make coffee bUT the last brew timer just keeps coming on. Guess I should have read the reviews. Everyone is saying they have the same problem.

Only a few months old and coffee maker says "last brew" and refuses to brew. Don't buy this product or you will regret it. I wish we had read the reviews before purchasing.

I bought this about a year ago to replace a Keurig and I couldn't be happier. Just want to find an extra carafe to have for it in case the current one breaks.

Same problem as others have noted: It randomly resets itself to 12:00AM and then won't brew in either manual or preset mode. You have to click through the modes, reset the time, and then manually restart, sometimes more than once. Very annoying, and I can't find a fix. The only upside is that the coffee brews quickly and tastes good, but I would not recommend this product.
