The Glenwood garage kit is a spacious and beautiful single car garage. The Glenwood is designed with high headroom and an 8 ft. x 7 ft. garage door opening, you purchase locally to match the style of your home, making this perfect for your vehicle, storage or work area. Featuring a large loft area for additional storage. The Glenwood garage kit comes with 24 in. O.C. 2 x 4 framing and L. P. (Louisiana Pacific) Smart side exterior grade pre-primed paneling ready to paint the color of your choice. The Sturdy-Built Truss System is designed for a 40 lb. snow load and 130 MPH. wind load. Check with your local permit authority before placing you order. Building is shipped directly to you via curbside delivery. Building is shown with optional windows and walk in door. Floor is not included. Shingles and garage door purchased separately by homeowner.

Please see the Best Barns model # belmont_1220. This is the same base model but with shed pocket doors. If you want to use your own door you will need to purchase additional 2x4s and L.P. Smartside siding from your local Home Depot to close the garage door opening.

The loft has not been tested for weight limitations. It is recommended for light duty storage.

What is the additional cost for the windows, doors, garage, and floor? I haven't seen anywhere on the web site where we can purchase these thru Home Depot.

Windows are available by clicking "Accessories" above product overview. Walk-in door and garage door is purchased at your local Home Depot store or online. These are stock items and you may choose the style and of your choice. Material for floor is also purchased at your local Home Depot.

Answer: 
The Glenwood garage kit can sit upon any level and square floor system as long as the outside dimensions are correct. Type of floor is dictated by intended use and or local building codes. Both concrete and wood floors are most typical.
