Answer:
Hi Good morning ! I hope this will works for you. first you have to find the oil filler plug from the jack, then make sure this jack is completely collapse then go ahead and add oil fluid with a funnel, but don't fill it out all the way it has to be a 1/4" right below the hole. Thank you! have a great day!

Customer Reviews

Rated 3.7 out of 5 by 16 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dead on arrival - Didn't work Dead on arrival. Would not engage to lift up. Contacted manufacture, we tried a couple of things, still didn't work, customer service said it must be defective and to return to place of purchase. Brought it to HomeDepot for refund (was purchased online). They refunded with no problem. While at HomeDepot, I purchased a cheap floor jack they had on the shelf (Husky 2.5 ton floor jack). It worked the first time and I was able to do my auto repairs. I read some negitive reviews on this manufacture, but for this price range it seems all the manufactures have some negitive reviews, seems like a cra* shoot if you get one that works right. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good purchase I wanted a heavier duty floor jack that could lift my higher vehicles past the point to where the tire just raises off the floor. Most smaller jacks go to 14 inches. That would not do. This one raises all my vehicles quickly and to any height I need up to 20 inches and allows me to crawl under with a creeper. It has a handle that comes apart and rolls easily. The other reviewers complained that it was hard to break the lift slowly but I had no trouble bringing down the cars at whatever rate I needed. It held up my 57 Chevy for more than 48 hours upon testing. This is a jack for years to come. I can live with the made in Canada too. At least its not from China. November 5, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great deal Great and easy deal. Easy as 1,2,3. Save a lot of time. Great product. Work great when u most need them. April 21, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Big Red junk Very occasional home use for cars and trucks. Lasted about 2 yrs. Used maybe 10 times. Only has 1 yr warranty. Stored in original box in closed garage while owned. Maybe my bad luck. Manufacturer would not help with replacement. Looks brand new. Off to the dump. Good luck.... October 10, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Couldn't get it to raise As soon as I unpacked it I read the instructions and it cautioned me that the lift might not raise. Then it instructed me to back off the valve (turning it counter clockwise) and to pump it 4 times then close the valve. No luck after numerous tries so I returned the unit to the closest store. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good jack It is a good jack for suv. I have a ridgeline and a pilot. It lifted both without a problems. Also high enough. The only thing that needs to be addressed by torin (the manufacturer) is that it lowers down too fast. I have tried to use two hands and to realy watch when I lower the suvs. It always comes down too fast. The is the only problem I have. August 22, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Floor Jack Overall good floor jack and performs as advertised. My only con for this jack is the stroke length of the handle in relation to the lift achieved from the jack. When jacking a vehicle that has a high start point the jack takes a while to achieve contact with the vehicle being lifted. July 8, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Heavy Duty Jack I was looking for a jack that could lift my car high off the ground, but is also very low when not the jack is bottomed out. My car is very low to the ground. This is an excellent - very heavy duty - jack that fit with no problem under my vehicle and raised it extremely high. Definitely recommend this jack!
