CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 1.9 out of 5 by 30 reviewers.
Rated 2 out of 5 by Worst Humidifer Ever I wanted to love it this since the tower look is very sleek and I have been searching for a humidifier for months. But the fan started making clicking sounds a week after I got it. Very very noisy and the filters only lasted two weeks. The humidity never went above 25 and just blew lukewarm air into the room. Water tank is very awkward to use. Don't waste your money on this one. November 20, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by cool mist tower humidifier Very poor product. Constantly clogs up. Filters are overpriced and only last a short time. Does not maintain humidity in a small bedroom. Overpriced for the lack of quality and poor performance. Would not ever buy this product again December 14, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Reconsider other humiifiers Not worth the price. After a few days, fan becomes very noisey and makes clicking sound. Thought I had a bad one , returned it and the second one does the same! Must refill constantly. Has a very nice design and look to it but worthless. September 30, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Don't waste your time or money on this one... I bought this for my office, thinking it would be a good way to get some humidity into an area that has only 15% humidity on colder days. I wanted this to work out, I really did. It has a neat humidity control and timer option that would have been perfect. And it was easy enough to fill. The problem is that the wicking system is horrible. They don't absorb enough water to be useful. And the other major problem is the fan - it wasn't noisy in the short time i used it, but it didn't blow out enough of the moist air to be useful either. So between a weak wicking system and a weak fan, it was a dud. I returned it today. I had measured both humidity and temperature from this unit and got only 30% humidity coming out and not very cool air either. With a model sold only online at home depot.com (which I ordered 1, and then 2nd after seeing how good it was at home) I was getting 75% humidity and much cooler air coming out of the unit. The unit I bought online has 2 wicks cartridges, a big tank, like a bucket, and the top unit has the fan built in and sits on top of the tank. The water is soaked into the wicks (very well I might add) and the fan blows hard enough to bring much moisture into the air. This is what I had hoped with this unit and frankly it didn't perform. It didn't even do as well as the "name brand" cool mist vaporizer I bought at a local pharmacy a couple of years ago - and that was a very small unit. So, that said, while this unit did use some water and blows out invisible moisture, it wasn't enough moisture or enough uuumph in the fan to make it useable for anything more than a very very small room. Homedepot.com has many nice units in their online selection - which I bought 2 of. Humidifiers for more than a small area aren't normally stocked at stores these days making online purchasing of them necessary. November 16, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Humidifier We have an older version of this product and it was worked well for years. We purchased this one for another room and it does the job well. August 26, 2014
