No, you have to get your own. If you really want to do it well. Get a wooden one for making the pizza on and then launching it. (these crusts are best paper thin, so you can't not do on a cutting board and them move) AND get a steel one, for removing it from the hot oven, it is thinner and very easy to get under it to remove. Try discount stores (Ross, Marshalls, TJMaxx) for the peels. They are much cheaper than chain stores.

I have never used them, but I think they're close to my recipe. So if you love bread. Use your Blackstone, it awesome, you get a crispy crust with soft interior. The best recipes, the dough will sit all day or overnight for the best tasting. Good luck. I'll try to download a photo. My favorite bread is one called, Stirato. Read Less

Answer:
Sort of. It is not designed for baking bread, it would be a waste of propane. To bake bread, you want to be at 400 to 450 F and bake for 20 to 40 minutes. This oven is designed to cook at 500 to 800 F. and will turn out a pizza in 2 1/2 minutes.

Answer:
14 inch is about the largest you can land on the stone - since it is very hot and spinning when you go to load the pizza.

The stone is 16" Since you have to 'launch' the pizza onto the hot, turning stone, I'd be leery to try it. Thank you for your interest in our product. The actual cooking stone size is 16.5" round. We do 16" pizza's but often times the edges get done to fast. A bit smaller than that works excellent. Rated 3.3 out of 5 by 9 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wow what an oven This is my first review ever I don't normally waste my time with these things but I have to say about this oven WOW, this oven is everything that it says it is believe me when I say this because I come from a family that makes pizza for a living. it makes and tastic tasting and looking pizza the secret is the turntable even heating all around always because of the rotation. in the past we have always brought home pizza and then had to reheat it for the guest in the oven now I just make fresh great tasting and wide varieties of pizza all the time. as advised from another review I had it sent to the store and I inspected it there I was a little worried because the box did come a little damaged but everything was fine no broken or dented pieces. I give it 5 stars but maybe I should have given it for because the stickers are insane to remove Blackstone needs to use less glue I can't get off some of it I have never come across such sticky stickers in my life come on guys you can do better for such a fine product otherwise I have to say again wow this oven is outstanding I highly recommend it. pizzas in 3 minutes,! it will make an excellent addition to my outdoor BBQ center! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by By far, best pizza oven for the money I have bought a number of pizza ovens, including electric commercial ovens, and nothing at this price range compares. If you are willing to go well north of $1,000, you can find better ovens, but nothing else much lower than that can hold a candle to this oven. There can be issues with damage in transit, so you best bet is to have it delivered to the store, and open it up and make sure nothing looks broken or bent before you leave the store. I generally don't worry about scratches on outdoor patio equipment, since it is job is to crank out pizza, not look pretty. The flame intensity is unbelievable, you can get up to temp in 10 to 15 minutes, and you can cook any style of pizza - NY, neapolitan, even Chicago. The revolving stone keeps the color on the pizza pretty even. You do need a peel to retrieve the pizza, and an IR thermometer to check the temp of the stone, the built in thermometer is of no use. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Do not buy Oven arrive damage, Blackstone replace damaged parts with more damaged parts and parts that didn't fit August 18, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Beware Pizza oven comes with stickers on shelves and the dome of the oven which do not come off and looks terrible. Blackstone sent new ones but they had the stickers on them as well after my third call to Blackstone they got it right. August 20, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very damaged and no response from Blackstone The item was bought as a gift. It came late. The box when was damaged when we picked it up at Home Depot. The top had many deep scratches and the bottom was bent in 3 places. I made an attempt to contact the company but they had no one answering the phone and the message said to use the Web site. I used the web site but didn't hear from them. We returned the item since we did not know if we could get replacement parts. May 26, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Ordered three, all three damaged, Blackstone shipped damaged products and doesn't care. Home Depot has been wonderful to work with, but Blackstone is HORRIBLE. I ordered three of these: first one arrived damaged, so I returned it, ordered another. Second one arrived damaged, I returned it, ordered a third. Third one arrived damaged, and Home Depot said they couldn't ensure a fourth one wouldn't be damaged so I contacted Blackstone. They initially said to take pictures of all of the damaged pieces, which was pretty much every piece in the box. If a piece had scratches into the metal, they didn't care unless it affected the cooking. Blackstone sent me a few replacement parts (not all parts with damage, only those that are smaller and affected by cooking). They sent me a rusted base and they do not care that it has rust. Their customer service continues to make excuses and does not care that my item is damaged. I had one of their reps tell me over the phone that "I have seen several damaged ones and this one is in really great shape!" Girlfriend, you are delusional - this is beyond damaged and I wouldn't have paid even $100 for it in this condition. DO NOT BUY FROM BLACKSTONE. LOOK FOR ANOTHER MANUFACTURER. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. June 22, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This pizza oven is AMAZING This pizza oven will blow your mind at how close it gets to a brick oven, but for only $400 instead of thousands. Seriously, you can get the crust to have the little leopard spots on the bottom just like a brick oven. And the steaks that you can make on it are just as impressive, simply due to the super high heat at the cooking stone. It is easy to get the stone over 700 degrees in a few minutes (the oven thermometer displays the temperature in the chamber above the cooking area, so it always reads much lower than the actual stone surface). Pizzas cook in 3-4 minutes, to absolute perfection. May 4, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great device for cookng pizza or steaks. Great product. Heats up in 10 min. Cook pizza on 90 seconds. Also great for high heat for steaks. July 15, 2014
