The first unit I bought was defective, but easily returned to HD. Bought another and it was really great, so great, we had to buy a second one. We have them aimed up at our 80 ft. pine/spruce trees and it looks like tiny blue lights strung out to the tips of the tallest trees. But the most amazing display was the night we had fog and rain. With fog, the light throws out a fan-like array of hundreds of needle-thin light beams and you still get the spots on trees. Standing above and behind one of the lights when it's raining, you see the raindrops sparkle as they pass through the beams. When the wind blows making the trees move, all the lights appear to blink. Can't wait to see how incredible it looks when it snows! Everyone we've shown them to is totally blown away. These lights really come into their own when it's completely dark (i.e. no street/porch/outside lights on). I came up with a sweet way to mount them permanently on the uprights of my deck supports after moving them around to find the best position. I have them hooked into a remote control timer, so we can sit in the living room and push a button to turn them on/off. Have to admit my timing was perfect...the 2nd two I bought were on sale @ $105 off! No more.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hollywater Product is great when it works.
I purchased a blue Bliss light and it stopped working properly in less than a month for no apparent reason. I ordered on-line with in-store pickup and am wondering if the unit was used or refurbished as it did not come in the original box. I used it indoors only a few times a week and the light became extremely dim. The lights are amazing when they work but are not reliable and quite expensive. I owned a green one I used outdoors and it completely stopped working after a couple months. I think the manufacturer needs to go back to the drawing board. On a postive note, Home Depot Customer Service was exceptional and so very gracious. I had two separate returns at different times and locations and they were extremely helpful and understanding. Cudos to them!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lightingguy Stars on the ceiling :-)
I bought 2 of these to use as stars on the ceiling of a large auditorium for a production of Peter Pan. They worked great. Everybody loved them. I also plan to use them on the cyc, and maybe on the dancers at a recital (the laser may be an issue. I'll have to check on that). It's too soon to figure out if they are reliable, but so far I'm very pleased.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Free Best projection light ever. We love it...
We are very happy with our purchase! Out of recommending these to other people camping with us, I have noticed the price has gone down even more for them to purchase! I kind of feel upset for I am sending them to purchase on your site and they are paying less then what we paid.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DTGrn Good price & shipping rate
The light and transformer is an easy assemble, just plug in together. The lights are brilliant and extends a great distance. Home Depot offered the best price on the internet.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ALHD01 Pretty, but not bright
Bought 4 of these for use at Christmas. All worked very well. Compared to the green version, the blue is not as bright. At a distance (more than 300 feet) they are very hard to see. Inside 100 feet, they are great. Consider this if you want a stand-off effect. Lights use very little power and are very simple to set up. I would not recommend these for city-dwellers, as white lights/street lights overwhelm the effect. I'm buying more for next year!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by fredwald52 Excellent purchase for an outdoor light display.
It was easy to assemble, especially since I had already seen a friend of mine's installation. I mounted mine to the roof in the back yard with a empty outlet box.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Doc23 Simply Awesome. A 10 plus on this one.
This is one of those "you have to see it to believe it" type of easy-do projects. Not cheap but if you want people to take notice of you home this will get their attention. It is a typical stake in the ground type of installation but this is where it ends. I also purchased a dual timer that will turn on at dusk and the option to either turn off at dawn or when the sensor activates at dusk, you can set a switch to run for a selectable 2, 4, 6 or 8 hours and then it will shut off.
The head of this device contains a 500mW blue Laser Light generator and a means of scattering what appears to be zillions of bright blue Laser beams that illuminate whatever they come into contact with. I presently have mine adjusted so the front of the home is covered with tiny bright very intense blue dots or beams of blue laser light. Most of these beams pass through my trees and when a slight breeze causes the leaves to move. This gives the appearance of a tree filled with bright blue Fire-Fly's as the leaves are moving in and out of contact with one or more of the Laser beams. Wonder how long I'll have it before someone else takes it. I might have an idea how to fix that. I have another device coming that is animated by moving red, blue and green Laser beams. Indeed it is awesome!
