Customer Questions & Answers

How do you hook it up to get the water. My toilet doesn’t have a tank!

I don’t see anything to hook this device to in order to get clean water. How does the water get into the device?
Asked by: Philly
Hello Philly, The bidet gets clean water from the the same shutoff valve that feeds the toilet. The water is fed via a tee attached to the top of the shutoff valve. The tee allows water to continue to be sent to the toilet tank, while diverting it to the bidet at the same time. I've included a link to the manufacturer instructions below. I hope this helps. Cheers, Chris Bidet installation instructions:

How hygienic is it really?

No joke...squirting water ...from back to front... goes against everything about female hygiene taught for decades. Wash/wipe for females needs to go from front to back, to avoid putting bacteria where it would infect. So, how does this bidet _avoid_ moving bacteria from the back towards the front, other than moving water [brrr! cold water, at that]? Anyone checked infection incidence from use of back-to-front bidets on females?

Customer Reviews

Non-electric Attachable Bidet System for One or Two Piece Toilets in White is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 15.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from After 9 month - 1 working and the other broken, replaced and broken again It is very easy to install, no need of a plumber. A simple DIY. We purchased 2 bidets. One works fine but the other one just stopped spraying water within 4 months. It was in warranty so we send it back and received a new piece which stopped working as well within 3 months. The quality of the product is average and it seems to be toss-up whether you get a good product or bad product. The company fulfilling the warranty will repair/replace the product (with another defective product) but will not refund you the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doing great job Working great. Easy to install and use. The tap is flexible for pressure and pointing which is the most important thing. Cheap for quality. Before I got it I was anxious about ease of use but I am very satisfied now.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This product has a great features. Instruction poorly written. All three in which, I ordered came in short 1 O-ring. Even though it was correct as to Manufactures parts list. In practically additional O-ring was required. There was 2 seals that were not required for insulation . Good Garden water hose washers though.
