I bought this BBQ brand new ~16 months ago from HD and assembled it myself. The one I purchased was the Natural Gas version.
The BBQ is as good a quality as any on the market and has an abundance of features that are really useful. I grill all winter and use the rotisserie function often with the infrared burner. The grill light really helps as well and I really like the grill/grate itself.
This thing can put out a TON of heat and in minutes it can peg the thermometer >700 degF in just a few minutes to heat up / burn off. I also enjoy the side burner which accommodates a stock pot large enough for lobster/mussle boils.
My BBQ is on my balcony, uncovered all year. While the finish is no longer gleaming, there is no rust and the BBQ is VERY solid despite it being stamped metal. My electric ignition still works like the day I bought it and it lights any one of the 6 burners on the unit.
I have no idea what the heck that other guy was talking about in his review, I abuse this thing, leave it uncovered, rarely clean it, and just generally neglect it, yet it stands up just fine. I use it approximately 2 times per week in the winter, and 4 times per week in the summer. It stands up just fine to the harsh Canadian winters outside uncovered. Check the picture, yes that's Ice and Snow on my uncovered BBQ.
I admit, this thing is not cheap but you get what you pay for. Sure there are better and worse grills on the market, but that's why you can buy BBQ's ranging in price from $100-3000. Pick a BBQ based on your budget and desired features. If a Blue Ember happens to be one of your options, I wouldn't hesitate!
This is by far the best BBQ I have ever owned and I would happily buy another one.

I bought this grill to replace a 13 year old Weber, which I handed down to my daughter, still working. When this one was a year old, the glass broke on the thermometer and a replacement was ridiculously expensive. The burners were difficult to use without them making popping noise, followed by a loud hissing that sounded like there was ten times the pressure that there should have been. Burners were constantly having to have been shut off and re lit. Six months later, I had just gotten the propane tank refilled. When I set it inside the grill's cabinet, the whole bottom of the inside of the grill collapsed and fell apart into pieces. I would have expected a grill in this price range to have lasted more than 18 months. By the way, it was on a deck and was covered when not in use.

Our family recently purchased this grill and we have been very pleased with it. Large cooking area, lots of features and love the smoker box accessory. Assembly was easy, for a bbq that is, took about an hour and a half. Highly recommend.
