Bought this grill about a year ago. Great grilling space however at a cost. Goes through Propane like crazy! Light doesn't work anymore and a few months ago had to contact customer service as the blue paint on the emblem on the lid started peeling off. They sent another one no problem. Great customer support that way. The only other issue would be that it would sometimes blow out on windy days.....a little embarassing during a dinner party! Love the raised grill on the right side.......I'm switching to natural gas now.....wish it was able to convert but it does not have a kit to convert from propane to Natrual Gas. Very large footprint on a deck so measure it first to see if it will fit!

I love how much space this grill has! It heats up very nicely and doesnt have any cold spots like my old grill. I dont use the side burner much, but the rear rotisserie is great for chickens! My wife loves them cook on there, and there is no mess in the kitchen.
Very impressed, the Blue Ember people have done a great job!

Dont waste your money, I purchased the grill 18 months ago and the whole inside under the burners rusted out and fell apart. The grill was stored on my deck and was covered when not in use. I would have expected a longer life then 18 months for a 900.00 grill.

I purchased this as an upgrade to our current Vermont Castings one. I have to say it's a monster but cooks a LARGE amount of food very well. Great temperature zone control for meat and veggies. Good construction and looks good on the deck. Overall very happy.

The grill is great. However, unless you can also start carrying the protective cover that is an assessory for this grill I would not recommend it.

I did a lot of research on grills from webers to Broil King Imperials and Huntingtons, then I saw Blue Ember grills after the comparison I found out that all the grills except weber were part of one parent company from Canada. So I ordered the Blue Ember 5 burner, I wasn't able to see it in a Home Depot store because it is an online exclusive. I was a little hesitant in buying the grill because of reviews and recalls in the past, but that was before Onward bought over Blue Ember. Searchng the Internet and all BBQ grill forums I could find little if anything on these grills, but i took the plunge. The grill was delivered today, pretty much 90% assembled, the only thing I had to do was put the door on and the sides, about 45 minutes to an hour. I must say this is one good looking grill! It really is a beauty, a very big grill with the sides about 6'3 long! This is a very solid grill, I did the shake test and not a budge nothing not rattle at all I was very impressed! Grill got very hot in 15 minutes (700 degrees). The only thing that might give me trouble a couple of years from now is that the burner is attached with a screw and a Cotter pin. Other than that this grill seems built for many years of service, I am very happy with my purchase.
