Product Overview

Outfit your household's toilet, bathroom sinks and shower for water efficiency with the HydroSmart Water Conservation Kit. The HydroSmart Water Conservation Kit includes everything you need to green your bathroom and save a family of four up to 20,000 gallons of water and $200 year after year. The award-winning HydroRight quickly and easily turns standard toilets into two-button fixtures that have been proven to reduce water usage by 30%. One button is the Quick Flush setting that uses significantly lower water volumes for liquids and paper. The second Full Flush button uses the normal amount of water for solids. The patented Mini-Valve calibrates the amount of water being sent to the bowl during the tank refilling process, saving up to 5 quarts per flush. The HC660 also detects leaks and signals when a leak is found. The showerhead features drenching shower sprays and powerful massage settings. A trickle valve at each end of the dial helps save water. The rainspray features 72 no-clog spray channels with a wide luxurious large-droplet shower spray. Flex-Clean system reduces clogging and corrosion. The 1.5 gpm Dual-Thread Faucet Aerators are WaterSense certified products that introduce air into the water stream to produce a larger, white stream, that is soft to the touch, and does not splash.

HydroSmart Dual Flush Conversion Kit with Free Showerhead and 2 Free Aerators is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 39.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from We have Dual Flush! we have been using this since April 2012. installation was difficult as we had older flappers - had to replace them with new ones first. after replacing the old flappers, installation was relatively easy. took awhile to "tweak" the adjustments but it is now working efficiently. the material is made of plastic, but i think it will do. the only thing we have issues with are the buttons. we have a 2 year old in the process of potty training. she can't push the buttons hard enough to flush. if the buttons were easier, would have given a 5. but overall we are very pleased. we have 2 installed and plan on installing the 3rd one later this year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally 2 buttons on my toilet!!! The toilet flush kit allows us to chose if we need to flush for number one or number 2... something we have in Europe for years. The number one button allows you to flush the toilet with just enough water to clean without wasting gallons of water. Even the number 2 button seems to work better than the regular flap, allowing me to reduce the level of water in my tank.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Performance after 6 months of use: We installed a kit in 1 bathroom back in October. The hardware seems a bit flimsy as it is almost 100% plastic, and the single flush sometimes leaves the toilet paper behind. The double flush works just as well as the conventional lever did. After six months of use we are happy with our purchase. The toilet has never leaked, we have never had a problem with the system, and all hardware is still functional. We just installed another kit in our second bathroom. The bottom line as we see it: this is a very inexpensive way to convert existing toilets over to dual-flush technology. It is an all-around eco friendly solution, as you don't have to scrap the actual toilet. The shower heads and faucet aerators work well too! We're not saving any money on water bills as we have septic, but we'll be filling our tanks more slowly. Benefits all around. Plus, the button is more visually appealing than a conventional lever and tips off users that they have an option. (:

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was a great deal! I had my son come to install. It says you don't have to remove the tank, but my toilet had a strange piece that we had to take the tank off to remove. Then I had to go buy another piece to complete the set up. It works just like it says. The showerhead included is FABULOUS! Just like a gentle rainshower! I will be buying this again for my other toilet!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This unit is not standard for all setup Be sure to check you current setup before purchase. The flush unit required a housing to hold it in replace. My unit don't have it, I will need to buy additional part and remove the tank to install that unit to hold the flush unit.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Didn't fit my toilet Seems like a good product but my toilet has a shorter tank than most. Product was too tall to put the lid back on. Gave it to my Pop.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sales associate was great and helpful Took longer then the package said it would to install. You do need tools especially if you have an old toilet. I couldn't do it myself because I couldn't remove the old hardware myself. I had to call a friend to do it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good Idea - Poorly Engineered! I purchased just the 2 flush toilet kit. Attempted twice to install the base so that it didn't leak. Was not successful. No matter how much pressure I put onto the base while attaching the black rubber holder (pushing it down as far as possible), it still leaked a litttle water into the bowl. Also, while the number 2 flushed fine, that was not the case with number 1. While it did use far less water, it also failed to properly fill the toilet bowel, leaving just a very small amount of water for the next use. If it happened to be number 2, then all the waste would have been onto the area without water making a mess for cleaning. Removed and returned to HomeDepot.
