Thank you for your question. The BonJour French Presses great units that are easy to fill.
* To fill your creme brulee torch, please use the below instructions.
Use only high quality butane gas.
Shake Gas container a few times to warm fuel up.
Move flame adjustment slid (2) to "-" position.
Do not overfill. Back spray of liquid gas from filler valve indicates that the torch is full. Always clean up any

* To fill your creme brulee torch, please use the below instructions.
Use only high quality butane gas.
Shake Gas container a few times to warm fuel up.
Move flame adjustment slid (2) to "-" position.
Do not overfill. Back spray of liquid gas from filler valve indicates that the torch is full. Always clean up any butane overspray before lighting torch.
Insert the container nozzle vertically down in the gas refill valve. Use a pumping action for best results.
Fuel level indicator window will show the current fuel level. torch is full when fuel level lines up with "MAX" line on torch.
After fueling, allow 5 minutes for gas to stabilize.
* Your torch will operate an average of three hours (depending on the size of the flame). Please follow all instructions on how to fill your torch.
* Butane can be purchased at most convenience and drug stores.
