Rated 4 out of 5 by - easy to apply, low smell. Dried fast- Nice Sheen - Used this on my 114 year old wood floor. I did not pour it on the floor as directed. Used a lambswool pad first coat and 3/8" good roller cover on 2nd coat. Roller worked best. Still have a couple 'white' areas, where moisture must be trapped. Hoping they will clear up as it cures - It has been about 18 hours since finished. I like the satin. It has a nice sheen. Had much less odor than the Minwax stain! August 24, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by My floors are beautiful! Having recently bought a home built in 1922, I discovered some gorgeous wood floors under the carpet. I sanded it bare, stained it and then used Bona Water based High Traffic formula on my floors. I'm very impressed with the finish. I'm no pro and this was my first floor project. There is very little odor compared to traditional polyurethane and it dries very quickly. I would definitely purchase this product again in the future and recommend it! September 27, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by This product is terrible We applied this material per the instructions and allowed 2 weeks for it to cure. The material has no traffic resistance or abrasion resistance and is still soft to the touch. Additionally it has no resistance to water or any other liquid, and begins to discolor or form spots under even short exposure to liquids. I highly recommend against this product. May 26, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by EASY TO USE, LOW ODOR, EXCELLENT RESULTS Floor preparation is key to final results. I used a palm sander and 150 grit sandpaper to remove the scuff marks and dirt on the old oak flooring. I then used a shop vac with HEPA filter to remove most of the dust followed by using a tack cloth on a Swifter stick to remove the extra fine particles. This step is very important as it will give you a perfectly clean surface to apply the finish. Do not use a roller to apply!! Use a synthetic pad on a broom stick. Pour 12"-15" long, 2" wide amount on floor and wet pad with this. Pull in one direction and over lap 50% of each wipe to insure good coverage. I waited a day between coatings and sanded between coatings with 200 grit paper followed again by the shop vac and tack cloth. 3 coats will give you a professional looking finish. December 16, 2013
