Hello Tuula7,
Yes, you can use the Bona Hardwood Floor Polish on your Laminate Floor. Bona Floor Polishes are designed for any floor, old or new. Their urethane-acrylic blend evens out the floor's appearance, restores the shine and provides a durable wear layer for protection. Bona Polishes may also be used to fill in minor scratches and to even out the sheen of a floor. It is not recoatable with polyurethane finishes or Bona Refresher. Use every 1-4 months to keep floors looking their best.
We offer two types of polishes for hardwood floors and one for stone, tile and laminate floors. The Bona Hardwood Floor Polish comes in a High Gloss and Low Gloss and the Bona Stone, Tile and Laminate Floor Polish comes in a High Gloss. The High Gloss Hardwood Floor Polish has a slightly lower sheen than the Stone, Tile and Laminate Floor Polish and the Low Gloss Hardwood Floor Polish will put a matte or satin sheen on your floor.
Always refer to the instructions before using the Polish and be sure to do a test area before coating the entire floor. It is important to apply the polish with our Microfiber Applicator Pad; it looks like lamb’s wool.

Answer:
Hello Jack,
No, you do not need to buff your floor after using the Hardwood High Gloss Polish. The Hardwood Polish will automatically have a sheen to it once you put it down.

No, not at all. Bona products, cleaners ad polishes both are the only ones I have found to work well on my hardwood floors.

Answer:
Hello Walker,
No, our Bona Polishes do not make a floor slippery. If you are concerned with slipperiness on your staircase, I would also recommend trying a small test area to see how you will like the Bona Polish on your stairs.

Answer:
Hello Willz,
The polish is a coating, you'll need the microfiber applicator pad to apply it; using a regular mop will leave swirls from the string mop on the floor after drying.

Rated 3.6 out of 5 by 122 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst product ever I used Bona Cleaner for a long time and was quite satisfied with it. My big mistake was to used the Bona Polish. It ruined my new dark chocolate engineered wood floor. There is a milky, waxy, dirty, disgusting film I can't get rid of it no matter how hard I try. I am very disappointed and frustrated about this product and that they still sell it despite so many bad reviews and complains. What can I do to get my floor back? August 27, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible results - leaves a film Do not buy this product! It leaves a sticky film that can only be removed by purchasing more of their product. The floor will look terrible in between applications. It looks great the first few days but then you have to wait several months for it to fade(while your floors look terrible) or buy more of their product to remove the polish! August 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I love Bona! I have an older home with hardwood floors and Bona is the only polish I use on my floors. I apply it as instructed, it doesn't take long to dry and my floors are absolutely gorgeous! I always get compliments and I wont use anything else on my floors. August 4, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst product ever for wood floors! This product looked freat day #1, but has ruined our wood floors. Once we started walking on it (several hours after applying) it created spots/marks all over that we are unable to clean off (cleaning too hard will actually rub the polish off too!). WORST EVER!! Now I'm at a loss how to get my beautiful floors back without having them re-sanded, etc. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!! May 20, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Same bad experiences! Cloudy and inconsistent finish! Stay away! Cleaner is okay. July 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Know before you buy. First off, you need to know what kind of oils or what other products have been used on your hardwood floors before using Bona products and completely remove said products. There seems to be some compatibility issues that create streaks or haze on newer hardwood floors. I have been using Bona products for almost 6 years now, and never once had a problem with streaking or cloudiness. Granted the hardwood floors looked thirsty and appeared to have never been taken care of when we purchased our house. For my application, the Bona products work wonders on older neglected 13 year old hardwood floors that could really use a professional refinish. Bona makes them shine at a fraction of the cost. Before applying to the entire floor, test out on a small section (1 sq. ft.). August 4, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible Do not use!!! No matter how u apply this polish it will leave streaking and a milky colored residue. Check out Amazon for all the negative reviews with this product. June 18, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great product at a great price We have extensive hardwood flooring in the house and Bona cleaner and polish are two of the best products one can use for cleaning. if you shop around you will discover that Home Depot has great prices on these products. August 2, 2016
