Customer Questions & Answers

What is the difference between Bootz Maui and Aloha?

I looked at the dimensions of these two tubs and something doesn't seem right on the HD website, what is the actually soaking depth of each of the tubs? I see the length and width are the same so the difference must be in the inside depth of the tub. Thank you

60 inch tub in a 58 inch opening

My current tub is in an opening that measures 58 inches from drywall to drywall. Will this 60 tub or one like it fit in the opening
Asked by: Anonymous
The simple answer is, yes it will. Bathtubs are built in and typically cement board / tile are placed on the inside of the tub lip. This is what typically accounts for the missing 1.5" The standard bathtub is 60" x 30". Most homes use this standard size.

Does this tub have anti-slip surface on the inside?

Asked by: FrogPrincess
Yes, but I still use a mat in mine for secure footing. When it is soapy while showering, it can still be a bit slick
