I used this on a rotary hammer to chisel thinset that was left behind from tile in my kitchen. It was extremely thick and solid. This chisel worked like a champ and was plenty durable for my job.

bought this to remove tile from slab floor. used it with a Makita sds plus rotary hammer. finished the bathroom Friday. started on the entryway Monday. about 25 minutes in the shaft broke down inside the collar. took the chisel back to home depot and was in and out with a straight exchange in minutes. great job, home depot!! not so much, bosch. I have had good results from bosch tools. hopefully this was an exception and the new one will give me the reliability I expect.

We were desperate to remove some glued down wood flooring, and stumbled on a rotary hammer drill with a smaller chisel bit that started popping these pieces up like crazy. We bought this wider chisel bit to help the job go faster, and it took a full day job down to about 45 min! Win/win!

the curve on this tile chisel makes it work great. It removes the tile and gives you enough control to not damage the underlying materials

Used it to take up glued down engineered hardwoods from a plywood subfloor. It was a lot of work, but this made all of the difference.
