This is a very well designed, compact and sturdy stand. Assembly consisted of tightening 4 half inch leg bolts.

Does what it's suppose to. A good company making good tools( not great) I don't mind if they get beat up on job site due to value pricing.

I purchased this saw stand because of its stability and compact size when transported. Presently, I retrofitted another make of compact table saw to fit the stand until the time comes to replace it with the Bosch GTS 1031. The saw stand performs flawlessly. The base legs flare outwards to provide stability with no fear of tipping. Also, the unit folds up to a total thickness of about 2 inches. A very valuable commodity when being transported in an already crowded construction trailer! Thanks Bosch, Well Done!

I purchased this stand for a ridgid table saw. I needed to make a plywood base to accommodate the difference in sizes. The stand is solid/steady, and light weight. Folds up to a couple of inches; great for storing.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by AaronBerk If you own the saw, you NEED this stand
Stand is a perfect fit, and simple to use.
I find it to be highly stable for anything less than 4x8 sheet goods (but why would you have a 4x8 on the gts saw any way?)
The GTA stand will also balance itself upright when folded. I know that doesn't sound spectacular, but if your cleaning up the job site it helps not having to bend over and pick another tool off the ground.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by dvan Great addition to the GTS 1031 Table Saw
The stand is light weight and folds into a compact size for easy storage and transportation. Set-up and take-down is quick and easy and results in a very strong and stable platform for the GTS 1031. I even have confidence in the set-up when running large boards through the saw. I should note that I do use the stand on a concrete slab. The stand does have small feet which may tend to dig in to loose soil.
I have found the saw/stand height to be ideal for my use. I am about 6' tall.
Videos can be found on the web showing the proper method of placing the saw on the stand. One word of caution: The hinges do not latch when the stand is setup so you do need to be careful when setting the saw on the stand. If the saw is set down toward the center of the stand it may cause the hinges/stand to fold up.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by u24me Solid built and easy to transport
I haven't used mine yet, but after putting it together (minor assembly), I was impressed with the quality of the design. It has a solid feel to it, so I expect it will be stable to hold the saw and do whatever work needs to be done. It also folds up conveniently, so carrying it and the saw will be relatively easy. It makes for easier storage too, since it folds flat. The profile is thin when folded. The clips to secure the table saw are sturdy and easy to use as well. This should be a good compliment to the table saw (GTS 1031). Overall, I think this is a good accessory to purchase if you want to fully utilize the portability of the table saw.
