I have an older 18 volt lithium Bosh drill driver and when I found this on sale I could not help but purchase this. Now I have two drills and an impact driver best of class. Batteries from older drill fit in this set so now I should never have need to stop in a project and charge batteries. Love this combo kit.

Used the hammer drill right out of the box. Surprisingly powerful for such a small drill. I also used it for some trim work in place of my Milwaukee 18v. An obvious difference in weight but also slightly smaller in size so easier to get into tight places. Looking forward to many good years of use.

I don't have a lot of time, so I will make this concise. The drill is good, but could probably do just as well with another top-end brand. The real jewel is the impact driver. Full disclosure, I have a lot of $ in tools, and have used them to max in a recent full home renovation.
The impact driver is unbelievable, see bullet points for examples.
Drove 400-425 3/8" lag screws while building fence in one battery charge, battery charges to full in 30 mintues
Can change tires on a truck, the torque is unbelievable. Biggest problem with this tool is that it puts too much power in your hands. Get better drivers & bits, and be prepare to break anything you get too rough with.
Routinely has been submerged in mud & dirt (I am not proud of this) while putting up fence, tree lights, etc. Its never had a bad day.
Is amazingly balanced/ergonomic, while being rouged, has survived several chest high falls.
If none of this interests you, I recently, like and idiot, left it outside when it rained for 24 hours (about4-5" in DFW) and when I found it the next day it was still working with a full battery.
I have some great tools, a lot of them Bosch, but I am not loyal to them. However, I can easily say this is the most impressive tool that I own.
