Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by PBJsandwich Tool is impressive however the case is inferior quality
This tool is far superior to the battery operated PS50. The tool feels solid with variable speed control which can be adjusted to the material and blade selection. I've remodel several cabinets with great results. The tool cut MDF, flake board, the cheap china plywood. and laminate with ease. Pine base board and trim moulding cut like butter and a hot knife. Plastics cut equally well as long and the blade speed is kept low as not to generate heat and melt instead of cut.
The only reason I give a low rating is because the cases are thin plastic. The interior structural reinforcing rubs are weak and deformed. The accessory case is also thin plastic and the lid doesn't latch.

Never bought an oscillating tool before much less heard of one! I am now hooked forever. Never thought you could do as much as you can with this tool. First this tool is a great nice to fit in so many tight spaces. Really a lot of power and handy enough that this oscillating tool can replace so many other tools justby changing the attachment. I hope you continue to grow this product!! I've already recommended this tool to my friends, many of my friends. Buy one, and your next major product you will continue to grab this power tool more than any other tool. One suggestion would be to get more life from the plunge attachments. Sander is A++++++++, unbelievably amazing to say the least! I am hooked!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by RickTheStripper Versatile helpmate at the right quality and price
Just a few weeks into homeowner use and no disappointments at all. Stripped a cedar garden bench of many coats of various paints and varnishes and I doubt any other tool would have done as well. This is a two-handed tool for the most part and is heavy enough that overhead work would be wearing.
I deeply appreciate the gradual start circuitry and think it goes a long way to reduce fatigue and to improve control at start up.
Looking forward to many future jobs, some of which I've been putting off for years for lack of a decent tool. No more excuses for me.

Great tool: power is excellent, balance is also very good. And I love the slow motor start up - keeps it from jumping out of my hand. Blades fit snugly and don't loosen under load
Stripped an Exterior Wood door of many coats of varnish and I doubt any other tool would have done as well.
Looking forward to many future jobs, some of which I've been putting off for years for lack of a decent tool. No more excuses for me since tool can replace so many other tools just by changing the attachment

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by dougrealty Worth every penny!
I bought this over a year ago and I continue to find new uses for it. A friend of mine, who is also a home repair specialist, allowed me to use his Fein Multimaster to make some plunge cuts on a project I was working on. Clean cut, good tool. I decided that I would save up to buy one for myself. In the process, I ran across a review of the Bosch MX25EK-33. The review reflected that it was every bit as good a tool, if not better, than the Fein and the attachments were drastically cheaper to purchase. I opted to purchase Bosch. I am glad I did. This tool has been used on everything I could think of in the past year or so and I would say it will always be in my arsenal of tools. I have loaned it to a couple of pals and they all love it as well. This is a great product and built to last. I couldn't be happier!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bob A. Multi-Job Tool
I had looked at cheaper brands of multi-tools but I am glad I ended up with a Bosch. I have used it to cut drywall, tile, lumber and nails at angles that would have made a regular saw weep. I have used it for hours covered in drywall dust and it just keeps running. The ability to plunge cut wood with the bimetal bits is especially useful for cutting trim or studs that are already installed. You will never again look at a project and think, "How am I going to cut that?", because as long as you have the right bits the Multi-X will cut anything.

I have only used this tool for about an hour and while it is initially impressive, I am reluctant to call it wonderful. I used it to remove drywall and studs at the bottom of two basement walls (in order to install a dewatering system). The oscillating tool worked perfectly for this application making the cuts that I needed and creating virtually no airborne dust. The drywall had a skim coat of plaster, and the plaster caused heavy wear on the 'normal' drywall tool. After I figured this out, I began by shattering the plaster with a brick chisel and then cutting the drywall. This worked better, although tool wear was still significant. I am a bit put-off by the price of replacement tools, but perhaps this will change with time. Initially, I am quite satisfied with this tool.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by digimikek Well built, and highly valuable tool for home construction & renovation
I've used this tool for a number of applications from finished trim work, to flooring and found it to be very well built, and versatile. I bought the kit so i have a number of the common cutting and sanding attachments. If there was a minor complaint it would be that I wished it was a bit lighter in weight and lower decibel levels; it does get heavy after prolonged use while on a ladder and does require ear plugs. That being said,I would certainly recommend this tool for both light and heavy duty.
