Good, but not great -- too high a failure rate. Set speed on drill, used water to cool and lubricate surface, used a slow pumping action all to no avail on first bit, others worked as expected.

Answer:
Yes it will drill glass .
Drill slow with water to cool the bit be careful when finishing the hole.
You may want to finish drilling the hole from the back side, when the bit starts to penetrate the back side, to eliminate any slight chipping that may take place. This bit had already drilled 5 holes in ceramic tile.

I used this set to drill a hole into a wine bottle, I started with a small bit, making a small nick into the bottle with the small bit, then after drilling the small hole I moved up to a larger bit. ( I used a Cordless drill ) and was able to place bottle in a small tub of water and then drill . The water kept the bits cool. Thus the use of the cordless drill.

Rated 3.1 out of 5 by 138 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by They did the job needed, but owing to the hardness of the porcelain tile, they dulled a bit quickly for my taste. The tile was unbelievably hard so I find it difficult to rate durability with less dense tile. My sense is that they will work fine and indeed, I've purchased a second set. October 25, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by I think I've only ever done a few reviews... but i feel like I should do one here. These bits are horrible. I was able to get maybe 4-5 holes out of the 1/4 inch bit before it was shot. The 1/8 inch bit lost it's entire tip within 1/2 inch on the first hole. Low quality... I wouldn't buy them again. October 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I used the larger two bits in this set to drill out ceramic subway tile for mounting screws. Holes were cut cleanly with no problems. October 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I love this item. I love this item. I bought it to use for my craft projects. They work perfectly for what I needed them for. October 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Works perfectly. I assume that most of the people who are having issues, simply don't know what they're doing. These bits take little pressure and should be run on high speed. Carbide is super hard but also not very tough. Stop pushing so hard... October 17, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Purchase Exactly was I looking for. Excellent quality. Thanks to the staff for the recommendation. October 18, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good set. Worked very well for what I needed. October 25, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by do not use on porcelain Works fine on small ceramic tiles but miserable job on my porcelain tile October 11, 2016
