Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cost more because it's worth it Don't waste your money on cheaper units if you buy the bostitch you only have to cry once. It's a real tool. I started my project 2000 square feet with a box store brand nailer and it was disappointing to say the least. I finally got wise and bought the miii from bostitch. It just a better tool than most of the rest. Life is to short to mess around with inferior tools. If you buy this one you won't be disappointed. January 20, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bostitch Cleat Nailer The nailer did an exceptional job, never jambed, I put three drops of bostitch pneumatic oil at the start of each day... total I put down 800 sq ft without issue. I have used the porter cable before to put down flooring and was going to purchase it and then I did some more research... glad I did. THE only complaint is: when you are nailing pre-finished flooring the adapter takes some "getting used to". Quality piece of equipment wish I had bought this one first (spend the money the first time). September 5, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LOOK NO FUTHER THIS IS IT I did a lot of research on a floor nailer. An I pick This one because of the weight and what the review about the product. I was impressed light weight, easy to use right out the box.I did a 20X20 floor with no jambing. Thanks satisfied in NC July 18, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The right tool for the job I'm strictly a home owner, but have rented the miiifn twice now. In general I have been extremely happy with it. Occasionally (especially at the end of a very long day) I will not do something wrong and end up with a nail only partially in (suspect its my fault) I have been just breaking them off. Kind of annoying when I don't monitor how many cleats are left and end up having the last one kick out on the floor. However its amazing to watch how one can straighten out warped boards with this nailer. Caution on your swings right up close to the wall (I had the back of the mallet make a few pock marks in the wall when I was trying to get right in close to the wall). I liked the nailer to the point that I just picked one up used. The only thing I don't like about renting is that I always try to get it all done in 24hours and end up being trashed at the end. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quality Product I have rented a variety of flooring nailers over the years and always come back to the Stanley. Several months ago I purchased this product for my latest flooring job (through a great sale at the Home Depot) and wasn't disappointed. The product is quality made and is unlikely to cause any problems. Unlike the less expensive versions, it is less prone to jambing and air leaks and a truly dependable tool. December 30, 2008
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Performance 10 out 10 Excellent product. Constructed very well. Simple to operate. No problem of any sort.. February 11, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Getting the job done Excellent hardwood floor nailer (cleat model) with a history of quality and durability. Ufortunately that quality comes at a price. It is considerably more expensive than some of the off-shore no name varieties. If you enjoy quality and recognize the benifits in getting the job done well, this one is for you. November 19, 2008
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by First Time User I never thought we would be installing our own hardwood floor but my wife and I did, and it turned out great too! The Bostitch nailer was easy to use and after laying down the first few rows we sailed right through, covering the entire first floor of our home.. August 3, 2011
