While I have only used the smoker once, I'm pleased with the results. Setup was easy and seasoning was simple. One complaint is that the unit didn't come with any smoking biscuits. Temperatures seemed to stay consistent throughout the 4 hours that I smoked a pork roast. My old smoker was hard to regulate.

I purchased this item as a Christmas gift for my son. He loves to smoke various fish and meats, but is doing it in a laborious, all day fashion. The Bradley Smoker will free him from the responsibility of watching the meat, making sure the smoke and heat are correct, and constantly checking it to make sure it is done completely. I think he will enjoy this gift.

The grill is great. Smoked some ribs and they turned out perfect. The only thing I don't like is.....the digital section of the grill where you enter the time, temp, etc is hard to read because you do the cooking outside where it is bright. It's like trying to see your cell phone in the bright light. Hard to see.

Tired of struggling to refill the water pan, dropping food, or no smoke after 20 minutes when the chips quit?
I had an electric for several years, and after the coil burnt out, I decided to try this one. I can smoke ribs, chicken, whole butts etc and leave it alone. I can also set the temp low and cold smoke homemade sausage or any other meat. With the self loading smoker chips from Bradley, I can use Alder, mesuite, hickory, apple or cherry wood. Constant smoke. I love this thing, its worth every penny.

I received my Bradley Smoker on May 28 2013 and smoked my first food on Sat the 29th. Whole chicken and ribs were perfect. However, after 4 hours the oven temp was only 140F. On July 4th I planned a family cookout. Bad idea. The smoke unit on the digital smoker would not work and after 5 hours the oven temp reached only 130F I had to finish the food on my charcoal grill.On JULY 5TH I returned the smoker.

Used only once and the Bisquette Burner is not working. Had to call Bradly to get a replacement Bisquette Burner. I hope this one lasts longer.
