Perfect smoker for me and I'm a rib snob. Anyone can cook fall off the bone ribs if they cook them long enough, but this makes fall off the bone ribs with great flavor and that outer smoke bark that is to die for. Had propane model with wood chips and gave up - too much fuss to keep smoke and consistent temp. Electric temp control and "biscuit" feeder make it great to start at noon, go out and play on the lake, and have amazing ribs by 6 with great flavor.
Labor day I learned that 12 racks is too much for it to handle but it does 6 racks like a champ.
Standard shipping came as expected within the week.

Smoker arrived with Door not opening properly. I had to bend some metal near the door hinge to get the door to open all the way. Once I fixed the door and used the smoker, it seemed to work nice.

I have had the Bradley smoker for over 2 years now. It works really well all the time. I have had a couple of times where I get an error code, but it goes away and doesn't come back if plugged in correctly. One occasion I had to disassemble the smoker part and clean it really well.
In the past I'd never of thought of using an electric smoker, but the Bradley changed my mind. Super convenient. On a cold day with a tray full of ice in there you can even smoke lox or cheese. Definitely a mini workhorse. This last Thanksgiving I ran it for 21 hours straight without any hiccups.
Of note, mine has lived outside the entire time I've owned it. It has also got rained on when I forgot to put a cover on and left it in a bad spot. I got an error code after that but it worked after it dried out. I've bought all the different woods and keep going back to apple or cherry for most anything. Just don't let the pucks get too humid or they expand and get too big. I don't know if it's a bad thing, but I only clean the removable parts and enjoy the black, shiny, smoke lacquer coat.

Had it 2 weeks and smoked close to 30 lbs of stuff, everything has been great. Easy to use, has some temp swing issues but nothing to bad. Just finished some jerky on it tonight.

I'm a South Carolinian so BBQ is a religion. For years I've used a huge offset smoker which requires nearly constant attention for the 12-14 hours that a pork shoulder or beef brisket needs, plus uses $20-30 worth of wood. So I finally pulled the plug and bought a digital smoker.
So far I've only used the Bradley twice so I can't comment on its longevity. The construction seems adequate in this price range. It's not the same quality as a top tier American-made smoker but it was, after all, only about 35% of the cost of one of those. (Bradley is a Canadian company but their smokers are made in China).
As other reviews have indicated, it's ridiculously easy to use. I started a pork shoulder when I went to bed, refilled the water pan which catches ash from the wood pucks and fat from the meat when I got up, and it turned out to be one of the best I'd ever done. Then I did my first smoked turkey for Thanksgiving and it was outstanding. Cleanup is a breez--I just emptied the water pan and threw the drip tray on my gas grill for about 15 minutes to burn off any remaining grease.
As some other reviews have noted, the temperature does tend to vacillate but no more than would happen with a wood or charcoal fired smoker. I used a probe thermometer to monitor the temperature and it generally stayed within 15 degrees of what I'd set.
Later I plan to get the cold smoking attachment.
A couple of things are worth nothing. The instruction manual says that it is not be left in the rain so unless you have it under something, buy the cover. Second, I wish that it was shorter and wider. The trays will hold a pork butt but racks of ribs, packer cut briskets, or whole pork shoulders will have be to cut in two and rotated for even cooking. It's a minor thing, but a nuisance.
All in all, it was excellent for the relatively low cost. Now the only test is whether it holds up over the years. It's so easy that I suspect I'll be smoking a lot more often than the 2 or 3 times a year that I fired up my offset smoker.

Very easy to assemble. Very easy to use. The 6 rack version is worth the extra cost. I can't say enough about how useful it is and how easy to smoke different foods. I only smoked fish in the past but now with this smoker I have done chicken and clams along with the usual fish smoking and with the right rub or brine the taste has been super. Looked so clean when I first got it but after the first use it had lots of smoke smell and that has made flavor even better. All parts are easily removed to clean and I have got a plastic storage box to store the brains in to keep them from damage. If taken care of this smoker is wonderful.

Worked great at first now it just errors out and won't keep. I've only had the unit for 8 months and haven't used it that much. We I called Home Depot.com the transferred me to Bradley and said good luck. Will never purchase product for Home Depot.com again horrible service.
