Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great value! It looks and functions like an expensive grill, but is one of the most affordable gas grills. It gets hot very fast and has been simple to use. I have just had it a few weeks, but I’m happy with it so far. Having 5 burners on the grill give more control and put the heat where I want it, and the lights look cool and help remind me it’s on. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poorly toleranced and mangled right out of box One screw had no stamp for driving it in, two holes needed brute force to get the screw in, and two other holes were inoperable because the parts were bent badly during shipping. It took longer to assemble than reasonable. Thank heaven for engineering background so I could get the job done! It's a Father's Day present so there is no time to exchange. Onward we go with chips, scuffs, dings, and all manner of poor craftsmanship that says it will rust within two or three years. All this right out of the box. Daddy will be happy because its huge, but mommy will be salty she can't trust its durability or strength. June 10, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not Happy! I bought the grill less than 1 year ago and parts are falling off. 2 of the small metal pieces that channel the gas to ignite the outside burners have fallen off and I have to light the outside burners with an hand held igniter. I love the cooking results but hate the poor craftsmanship. May 14, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Decent grill for the price/difficult assembly Grill works good. It seems to get plenty hot. There are some spots hotter than others, though. But I haven't seen too many grills that don't suffer from this. The sear burner doesn't seen to get hot enough. It's really not any hotter than the normal burners. The side burner, on the other hand, gets very hot. Actually can't turn it down low enough to saute. Assembly was difficult. All of the screw holes on the painted surfaces had paint in them and needed to have a tap run through them before the screws would thread. This was very frustrating. Make sure you have an M6 tap on hand. It took about 4 hours to assemble. The doors on the front don't really line up well with each other making the grill look cheap. Not sure if a part was damaged causing the mis-alignment. But at that point I had the whole thing together and didn't feel like returning it for that. I've used it several times to cook steak, burgers, chicken and pork. Everything I've cooked so far has come out good. For the price, it is a good size and does a decent job cooking. May 22, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect for Grillaxin' This grill looks great, easy to use, easy to clean and easy to store. I like the "sear" feature and the extra burner...for my tortillas! Overall, I would recommend this grill for first time grillers. May 7, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good value We were nervous to buy this online (only) and with no reviews. We are very pleased! Great product for the price. Our only complaint would be on the right burner. The igniter piece does not match up with the gas outflow, so therefore it does not light. (My husband could word that better.) We have to light it manually, which we may try to fix on our own. Other than that, great grill! April 30, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Looks good but doesnt hold up I have had this grill for three summers now. It started to rust the first year i had it. I keep it cover all the time when not being used. Very thin stainless steel doesnt hold up well. I should have stuck to webber. Had that grill for over eight years. May 15, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible quality of the product. I was never able to try it in use - could not assemble because of multiple defects. It started with putting the base together - had to run screws into the holes just to clean the threads. The doors were never aligned strait. The main burner unit had a front control panel welded on one side only with a big (about an inch wide) gap on the other side. It was so twisted that the lift side searing unit would not fit. The grill cover was also askew and would not close. Returned to the store for refund May 30, 2013
