The Brinly 42 in. Rear Blade is a versatile, multi-purpose tool that is perfectly sized to handle any grading or backfilling job. This durable garden tractor attachment is perfect for year-round projects such as leveling dirt and sand, moving gravel or mulch, and clearing snow from sidewalks and driveways. The heavy duty, carbon steel blade can easily be rotated 180 degrees to allow material to be pushed or pulled. The Brinly Rear Blade is an essential tool for all landscapers and gardeners.

  • Garden tractor attachments require a sleeve hitch for operation (not included); consult tractor dealer or manufacturer for proper sleeve hitch, additional tractor weights required for proper traction and operation; see manual for details
  • Compact 42 in. rear blade size is ideal for year-round grading or backfilling projects
  • Heavy duty, carbon steel blade for maximum strenth and durability
  • Versatile angle and lock design for easy 30 degree left or right blade direction, blade can be rotated 180 degrees for pushing or pulling of material
  • Center-mounted, durable C-channel steel frame for extra stability and strength
  • If your garden tractor is equipped with turf-tread tires, consider using tire chains for added traction

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 13 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Good product, but needs to have the attachment to lift and lower easier to find. April 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy to assemble and use I needed a back blade to complete a lawn renovation that was too large to do by hand. The Brinly blade was just the tool. UPS delivered it promptly; the assembly wasn't brain taxing and went quickly so that I could start working the soil right away, happily without problem as may land is very stoney. Thank you HD, UPS and Brinly! September 18, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great little blade The blade was missing some bolts but a quick call to customer support had them in the mail. I have used the blade for grading my driveway and moving around 12 yards of limestone. It has worked great with no issues. Its built pretty tough. May 21, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Blade's great but beware,,, The blade itself is great, but the problem is it does'nt come with the pin to attach it to mower. The generic pin they have at the "stores" doesn't work (too short). Be ready to find other means to attach. June 22, 2009
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 42 in sleeve hitch tow-behind rear blade I had to build my own sleeve hitch for my old Bolins tractor. Rear blade works great. I use it to level my back yard that my dog rips up running. February 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good product great little attchment for lite leveling and grading. easy to assemble and use. the hard part was finding a hitch. brinty should offer one to go with it. August 3, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Features are fine, quality is okay. The blade works as I wanted it to. Short handle is difficult to adjust from tractor seat. No matter what I do, the blade is canted about 10 degrees. Because of this, I rate quality fair, but I recommend it only for lack of other options. January 28, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good for general use. A decent blade for general use, the only issue I found is that it could use some gusset plates added were the blade is welded to the pivot bar, I feel that there is not enough strength in this area with just a weld on each side. December 17, 2014
