Answer:
Instructions are included, and it is a VERY simple process. The only thing that might complicate it would be if your plumbing is old enough that you cannot easily remove the water line that goes into the toilet flush valve. As long as you can do that, install is a breeze.

Answer:
Yes there are. They are thorough enough to remind one to close the main shut off valve and hold the flush handle down until the tank is fully emptied.

I bought two of these. One works just fine and the other is leaking. You should not have to bend over backwards to shut the valve off every time you use it.
I will be returning the second one for sure!

Answer:
For warm water you would need to add the hot/cold mixing valve available here: http://www.homedepot.com/p/Brondell-Hot-Cold-Mixing-Valve-Upgrade-Kit-in-Silver-MVK-10/204343067

Answer:
The unit sprays whatever water line you hook it up to. It hooks to the water line servicing the toilet...however...since that line is inside the house, and it lays dormant most of the time, water too cold to use has never been an issue for me.
The water you get is at room temperature.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pricey but very easy to install Bidets are common in Asia. So I know a thing or two about bidet quality, installation, ease of use etc. I purchased this one just because I needed a bidet. There weren't many options in the store either. The installation was the most easiest and simple of any bidets I have seen. So full marks on that. It easily fit into the 20 year old pipe line in my house. No plumber or YouTube needed! The knob to adjust the water pressure is a thoughtful one. BUT, there should have been a spring action for the trigger. In this case you need to push the buttons on both side to start and stop. Not a good design. The holder is basic and easy to install. It would have been great if they gave you the drill bit size, but that's like nitpicking. :) April 29, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not what we expected. We'll give it more time. Maybe it takes more getting used to. The off/on button on the spray head is just that: either off or on. It would be much more pleasant to use if the valve were smoother or allow you to adjust/regulate the spray force, similar to a lever on the garden hose. We don't use it very much. Kind of disappointed. But like I said, maybe takes a little more time getting used to. August 16, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by not built to american standards There is an additional on/off valve that the manufacturer requires to turn off when the "normal" on/ off valve on the hand held sprayer is not in use. I have used these type hand sprayers all over the world and have never had to use a second "valve". I called the manufacturer and the customer service rep said , after I said I have used these devices in my travels overseas during the last 12 years, "the hand held sprayer is not strong enough for American water pressure". My reaction was "then you should not sell them in America" I ordered on line to pick up in the store. After I got home i saw the, in my view, hidden warning that 2 on/off actions were required for an installation to be, shall we say, warranted. If this were a light switch I would have to turn off the breaker after I turned off a light in the house. You should not sell this product. August 9, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Ordered 2 Only one thing was constant.....Its leaking....Irrespective whether you close it from the mains or from the outlet August 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by loved it I have used bidet almost all my life.I must say hands down this the best biget I have ever used .Following are things I love about this product 1. Easy to install, everything comes in the box you dont need to buy anything else. 2. different water pressure settings 3. the brushed stainless finish is very attractive and goes with my bathroom decor 4. quality is amazing i am using this product since past 6 months and I never had any issues. 5. hygienic (better than toilet paper and I save a lot on toilet papers now :) ) I would strongly recommend this product if you want to save tons on money on toilet paper. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by awesome bidet product! This is the second one i bought and I'm so pleased with the simplicity to install. Excellent product and i highly recommend it for extra hygiene! April 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by it is good product i found it a good product but the price expansiveness August 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very simple install, simple to use If only everything were this easy to install! Total install time was less than it took to walk downstairs and get a large crescent wrench to make sure it was snug. Works very easily. If you want to spend a little more, they have a model with a spring-loaded trigger instead of a push-on, push-off button, but for me this seemed quite adequate. One potential drawback if you live in an area like ours, where the tap water is very cold in the winter, is this just uses straight tap water. That might be a bit more "refreshing" than some folks would want. In summer so far, it has been great. I must also add a plug for the Brondell company. I had a minor issue with the product and emailed them, wondering if I'd ever get a response. Many large companies simply never respond, or it takes weeks to get an answer. They must've replied even before they turned the coffee pot on in the office, and provided clarification in subsequent emails during the same day. Unbeatable customer service. For that reason alone I would buy their products again. August 5, 2016
