I was looking for a filtration system because I've been very concern about the quality of water coming from my water line. Knowing that this system has three filters that the water goes through before I drink it is very reassuring to me. I don't drink facet water so I used to purchase water jugs from the store or take them back to the store to get refills. This system helps to save a lot of time and money. I'm satisfied, which says a lot about this product because I complain about almost everything. My concerns was the size of it and the connector that goes from the facet to the system, but it's not so bad.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by thesimonfamily Great quality of water
We had a Brita filter and were constantly buying new filters for it. My wife was always drinking water bottles until I got this great water filter. It took me about 10 minutes to install and it came with everything you need. Water quality is excellent,
The valve, that is activated when you push the button at the top of the product, does not drip when you remove the cup. My wife was impressed with the water quality and even noticed the difference when it used the filtered water to make tea.
It takes up very little counter space and looks good on the counter. The 3 stage filter system life spans are great 2 of the filters last for 6 months and the 3rd one lasts a year.

This has transformed our tap water! So easy to deal with, no worries about leaking and easy to install. We live in a condo and this has been a great solution. If you drink a lot of water, you're going to need to change filters more often. The year long filter life is estimated at 1/2 gal per day.

We bought this filter a month ago. So far we love it! It totally took away the chlorine taste. We are renting right now so we bought this model but when we move into our more permanent home I will purchase the reverse osmosis for a couple of hundred dollars more.I feel that it would meet more of our health conscience needs. I love the way is reduces toxins and parasites especially since we live in FL where they do a lot of chemical spraying.

Twice a year, when our township cleans out the water mains, our water runs brown for a couple days. This filter worked like a champ - water was crystal clear during this process.
But I wish the base had a notch so coffee carafes, etc would sit closer.

I was worried about installing it, but it only took me ten minutes and came with everything I needed. It is the best tasting water I have ever had from a filter! No odor ( it was always a problem before. my water has a really bad smell) and the taste was fantastic! I threw out my other filter system and I am no longer buying bottled water by the case. Even with the other filter system I still didn't want to drink the water, so I kept buying bottled water; not any more! It is stylish not gaudy and its narrow shape allows me to squeeze it in and it takes up no room. It looks great and the simple button on top even feels like quality (the other one I had was wobbly and looked and felt so cheaply made). I love using it and choose water more often because of it ...quite possibly the best gift I have ever given myself!

I was so much excited and said to myself, "vow!" when I opened the box. This is the exact water filter I had been longing for, for several years, since I was very much disappointed with the bulky and heavy, under the counter Reverse Osmosis water filter.
It is so easy to use, and you can connect it under one minute. I have added a video demonstration of how to connect it. Just find the right adapter for the faucet from the supplied box . Connect it to the faucet. Connect the 1/4 inch polyurethane tubing to the quick connect adapter. Now connect the other end of the tube to the water quick connect inlet behind the filter unit. That's it. You are ready to enjoy clean water. (When using first the time and when you change filters, you need to run the water for 10 minutes to purge out the contaminants and carbon.)
It can also be connected to under sink water connector or even to the refrigerator water connector with a 'T" connector.
If you do not like to leave it on the counter, you can fill your water bottles. The amazing filtration system produces 1 liter of of water every 30 seconds, I filled five 3 liter bottles in 7 minutes 30 seconds! You can disconnect it in 2 seconds and when you need it you can re-connect it in less than a minute. it is all up to your likeness and convenience.
Enjoy clean water !

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Vedomano I LOVE THIS THING.
I used to think the adjective "velvet" was a term that could be used to describe only cloth or even cake, until I received this water filter. The Brondell H2O + Cypress Countertop water filter is an impressive product that is spoiling me with water quality that I can only describe as delicious velvetty goodness! I was a diehard enjoy tap water and trust your immune system kind of person until I tasted the water this system produces. Quality was definitely at the top of their to-do list when they developed this product, not only in the water it filters but the actual product design quality is sleek and impressive.
It has worked perfectly since it arrived at my house. The smooth design line aesthetics are a treat to look at on my counter, and the push-button water action works flawlessly. Seriously, I have been looking for reasons to be critical with this thing, and thus far have not found an issue with it.
The installation took less than 10 minutes, then after running the water through for 10 minutes (as the manufacturer recommends) we were drinking velvetty good water! There are a couple ways to hook it up to your water system. The quick way which I opted for connects a switch at the end of your faucet (the system comes with many adapters that should fit the faucet you have.) There is also a way to connect it at a point before the faucet, which would probably look sleeker on the counter, but I haven't gone through the trouble yet.
The valve, that is activated when you push the button at the top of the product, does not at all drip when you remove your cup. I love this thing, and actually look forward to getting a glass of water! I understand that you can get a water filter for cheaper, but I absolutely taste a difference between other filters such as the pitcher my brother uses with a single filter and this triple filtered system, and I will pay the premium for it. Keep up the good work Brondell.
