Answer:
This product is still a current item. Please verify with your local Home Depot where they may call into their order department, at Armstrong, to make sure there is stock or if it's on back order. I hope this information was helpful.

Answer:
If the water stain has gone through, a board replacement is something to keep in mind. Armstrong does not have any recommendations on how to remove it. Please visit the link below for the Board Replacement Instructions.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Installing Laminate Flooring I had a very good experience installing the flooring. Quick and easy. September 23, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stunning! Just had this floor installed and fell in love. So realistic and quiet! We installed in our family room and now plan to install in den and formal dining room. June 21, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Loud squeaks and cracking sounds between plank joints when walked on. After initial installation the floor looked great. Then gradually the floor began increasingly loud squeaks and cracking sounds when walked on...to a point that it was unbearable. After contacting the Home Depot store management about the issue the installer and an accredited flooring inspector were dispatched All parties reported the problem was caused by a flooring material defect. It was decided to give me a store credit to repurchase new flooring materials including delivery and installation. In our case we picked Pergo Alexandria Walnut. And after almost a year it still looks beautiful and quiet when walked on. June 29, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Laminate Floating Floor - Bruce African Oak After the initial hour of arguing over how to lay the floor, My husband and I decided to split duties (and work in different areas of the house). He cut the planks after I marked them, and I snapped the planks in place. I found that sometimes a piece might not fit one area perfectly, so I just placed it aside because it would fit perfectly somewhere else. They really do just snap in place, and it was easy once we got going. After finishing it off with the 1/4 round that matched, we decided to do the rest of our home in it! This flooring is really beautiful! Oh, yeah, it took us less than 1 1/2 days. Be sure to GET KNEE PADS! February 5, 2011
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice Looks good and pretty easy to install. Our neighbor used a cheaper flooring and was cussing it because it didn't snap together well and had to be pounded into place. We did most of the house in this flooring a few years ago, and still had a few boxes left over, so when got more to do another bedroom we found the newer stuff was made differently and didn't "lock in" with the old stuff, resulting in a noticeable seam across the room. Also, the new flooring seems to chip on the corners more easily during installation. January 4, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by We love our new floors from Armstrong/Bruce Park Avenue We had the Bruce product #3019 installed in our main floor (appx 1100 sqft) in June of this year. It is beautiful. We have had so many positive comments from visitors too. I researched various flooring options for two months prior to deciding on this flooring. We've all noticed that the thickness (12mm) of this floor gives a solid sound instead of the hollow sound some of the laminate floors have. It is so easy to maintain and is very durable. Also make sure you use the Armstrong underlayment with your installation to comply with the Armstrong/Bruce warranty. It also adds thickness to your floors and provides quality protection to your subfloors should there be accidental spills August 28, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Makore Product #L3019 I had this product installed over wood parquet floors in my kitchen, dining and living rooms. After much stress about what color to choose I went with Makore which is a medium tone, high gloss floor. I was stunned to see how beautiful it made my house look. It is absolutely gorgeous! It made these three rooms (which are all attached) look huge, bright and like new. The shine is gorgeous. It's easy to clean with the laminate cleaner by Bruce and a microfiber mop. Installation went without problems, even the bullnose on the hallway step came out wonderful! Don't hesitate on this. You'll love this floor! September 13, 2011
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Looks great, easy to work with, quality product... a definite buy This was my first floor I installed at my house and I would definitely use this product again. Of the 27 boxes I purchased only one board was slightly damaged. The product went together easily. Looks stunning. And for the short time I've have it, it seems to wear very well. I'm not sure if there are better products out there but if there are, they must put themselves together... A GREAT BUY. April 12, 2013
