Yes, like all laminate I have seen it is a tilt and snap together style. This is much thicker than the peel and stick tiles, MUCH bigger too.

Answer:
Yes. Because the sections are 4' long, it needs two people. Our installers had no problem. The pattern is great and doesn't show dirt - we vacuum #no brush roller# when we vacuum the adjoining carpet, spot clean spills with a damp sponge, and only mop with a damp mop once-a-month. We used it in the entry, hallway, and kitchen.

Answer:
Yes, this product does require an underlayment. Check with the store on what type. Some underlayment is a noise reducer (this is a floating floor) and some are a combination noise reducer and moisture barrier. It can be used over radiant in-floor heating. As always, verify with the mfg to safeguard your warranty.

Absolutely go right over it. I did install the cork "padding" between existing floor and this. These are even thick enough to go over real tile.

Answer:
You may want to strip the floor, not only because of the excess weight but this product will allow you to feel any Imperfections in the floor underneath. You should have a smooth flat surface with an underlayment for this product.

***NOTE: Use Quiet Comfort or Quiet Comfort Premium Underlayment for Laminate with no attached backing (or Armstrong Moisture Barrier Sheeting for laminate with attached backing). All grout joints and broken corners that exceed 3/16” (5 mm) must be filled with a cementitious leveling compound such as Armstrong S-194 Patch, Underlayment & Embossing Leveler with S-195 Underlayment Additive. The surface should be cleaned and abraded to create a good bonding surface for the adhesive. Loose tiles must be re-adhered to the subfloor or filled as above. Remove all sealers and surface treatments. Always check for adequate adhesive bond.*** Read Less

Aged Terracotta 8 mm Thick x 15.94 in. Wide x 47.76 in. Length Laminate Flooring (21.15 sq. ft. / case) is rated 3.4 out of 5 by 53.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from dissapointed we bought this flooring for our kitchen and family room. my husband said it was hard to work with because of the width and does not snap together easily this was the 5th time he installed laminate flooring.the worst thing is it it is the snapping and creaking sound it makes when you walk on it . we can hear it across the house. worst than an old wood floor. we used pergo gold underlayment and are going to change it to a cheaper white foam only .30 sq. ft to see if it helps with the sound.the trim pieces we ordered do not quite match the flooring either they are too light in color.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Aged Terracotta Laminate Review I've installed several laminate floors by myself before and this was by far the hardest to install. The planks are large at 16" wide x 47.74" long. My 10" sliding miter saw wasn't big enough to cut them in one cut so I had to flip and make two cuts per board. That was the easy problem. Secondly, many of the laminate boards were tough to get to snap together at the last 1/16 to 1/32" on the 16" side of each board. It's definitely a two-person job as I had my dad stand on both boards as I smacked away with my tapping block to get them to snap together. There were a good many edges that didn't connect seamlessly also; if you run your finger over those seems you can definitely feel it. The floor does look amazing as you can see from the pics, I'm just hoping this floor holds up to some wear and tear because we just installed in our newly remodeled kitchen. Fingers crossed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Little extra work Despite the packages looking perfect, 5/8 of the planks had damage to the tongue/groove. However, if you use a utility knife to cut away the damaged parts, or put those sides toward the wall you'll be fine. I used it in a small 1/2 bath (~39 sq ft), so it wasn't too many for me to deal with. I think I'd be mad if I was doing a really big floor & had that percentage of damaged pieces. They need to improve either their QC or packaging, but in the end my floor was still pretty easy/quick to install and looks great.
