Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Oscar Repairing Parquet Hardwood Flooring
Although the shade of the American Home Parquet hardwood flooring differed from our 25+ year floor, we feel the result of the repair still came out very well. For some reason, a portion of our original floor buckled and needed to be repaired. The replacement set from Home Depot was very reasonably priced and was delivered quickly. The repair was straightforward since the replacement 6" x 6" parquet tiles were physically compatible with our old flooring and easy to be glued in place. We ordered enough tiles for just in case there will be more repairs to be made on our old but still good looking floor.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Richard Heartbreaking, poor quality
This product has gone way down hill over the years. I have 500 SF installed in two rooms about 12 years ago. We ordered 275 SF for an adjoining bedroom. I opened two boxes and pulled 30% that I would not be able to put down because of disjointed sections and chunks missing from the oak strips. This material might be acceptable if it was filled, sanded and refinished after it was put down, but why bother. Sad example of "Made in America"

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by tntlandlords Nice looking floor
Easy to install, and a nice looking floor. Be sure to order at least 10% extra, though, because as other reviewers indicated, there are some chipped pieces, gaps, and imperfections. Quads with those can be used on edges though- just cut the bad parts off. Still a good value. We put these in an entryway in a rental- high traffic area.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Jane Beware of a defective product
We received these parquet tiles in cartons labeled 12"x12" but actually they were only individual 6" squares that were not attached to one another. The 6" wood looked good so we decided to install them anyway. We then discovered that every tongue on the tile had a line of dried glue making it diffiucult to fit them together. To use them, we had to run each individual 6" square through our table saw to remove the glue. We notified Home Depot and received a small $37 credit on our purchase. I can't see a do-it-yourself homeowner being able to use this product sucessfully. Cleaning the glue off these tiles was a major job and not something for a simple matt knife.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by FrankQ A Very Good Option to Engineered Wood
Looking at engineered wood and laminate options can give you a headache with all the choices. Very good finish on the product and easy to install. I installed this product in other rooms 10 years ago, it holds up well and the new wood is an excellent match to what I installed earlier.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by superstampinmom Product not as advertised
This product was advertised as 12x12 and was not, it arrived in 6x6 squares with glue around all the edges. It was a nightmare to install as each 6x6 square needed to have the dryed glue chizled off the sides of the edges and then it had to be pieced together to form the parquet look. We had installed a similar floor about 10 years ago and it was beautiful and easy to install - this on he other hand almost made my installer quit but my husband worked on digging the glue out of the cracks and the edges with a knife. A real disapointment and very expensive for what we got.

I had some damaged parquet tiles in my home. The store I originally purchased the flooring ceased to carry this product. Turning to Home Depot online I found the original tiles for a fair price. At this point any price would have fit the bill but Home Depot was in my opinion a competitive price. I placed the order online and had it shipped to the local Home Depot and it arrived 4 days earlier than was anticipated online. Love my local Home Depot!
