Answer: 
The floor is pre-sanded and is not designed to be sanded by the consumer. There is no information available for the vernier strip.

Is it easy to install?
I have seen flooring that is wavy- any explanation for that?
Would "wavy" be more likely in engineered flooring than hardwood?

This is going in a bedroom, dressing room and bathroom
