Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by KH I love these flloors
We had this floor installed 10 years ago (kitchen and dining room); we love it so much, we decided to match it and do the rest of the house. I was worried it would no longer be available *and* that the floors (which would be right next to each other) wouldn't match. It is a perfect match! You cannot tell which floor is new and which is 10 years old! No fading, no really bad scratches after 10 years. There was a major snafu with delivery (a month delay), but Steve Bartle in HD's customer service was awesome and made sure our wood was delivered. Please, don't ever discontinue this product.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by UrsaUrsa Makes the entry stair way look like it's a new house
Wood was high quality oak; pretty easy to work with, with sharp saws. Only a couple of boards with damaged tongue/groove.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rudolph Perfect match
This flooring is the best. We have had our hardwood floor for 15 years so when we had some water damage I feared we would never be able to match what we had. I ordered a case of this flooring and to our surprise and delight, it was a perfect match and looks like nothing ever happened. It has held up beautifully and I highly recommend this product.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by To Buckling
I installed this flooring two months ago. Within one week it began to buckle. I thought I hadn't left enough space at the wall for expansion. Two weeks later more buckling along the same wall at the same distance from the wall as the first. I had to take the flooring involved out including the underlayment. Replaced it and so far so good. Six weeks after the installation buckling occurred a few inches from the opposite wall. I was able to repair this flooring because it was close to the wall. No need to take it out. I did increase the space where the flooring meets the wall. Now, two weeks after the second occasion and two months after the initial installation buckling is occurring about 5 feet from the second wall described previously. I'm going to have to take out the flooring including the underlayment to repair it. Replacing the flooring with the same product doesn't seem to be wise. I'll have to look for another product altogether or run the risk of future buckling. My cost for this flooring was about $1000.00. Obviously, I cannot recommend this product. It looked great when installed but then it became a disaster. The reason for the buckling, I suspect, is expansion from absorbing moisture from the high humidity here in southwestern New York State.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by hijinx Great product for Florida slab installation.
This is a solid wood product. Not engineered or laminate. The length is up to 84" and makes a great looking floor. Not the easiest to install but worth the work.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JennieBC STILL BEAUTIFUL
This floor was professionally installed for us and I never heard one complaint. I have had them now for 10 years and they are still as beautiful as the day they were put down. Follow care directions and you will be very happy with these floors.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ghsc Product looks great
had trouble getting boards to stay together there isn't a tight lock between boards if I did it again I'd glue seams
Boards look very good but need a better connection system this is my second installation first was a different brand which had a much better locking system

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by alix chose this wood because it matched what I currently have. Has held up well for 10 years, some fading as expected
After 10 years the floor is more camel vs. red oak, so replacing part of it definitely differs in color now. Would have preferred a true 3/4" thickness
