Customer Questions & Answers

does the tile have grout lines?

Asked by: Anonymous
Yes. Lines are micro-bevled and have some tromp-loy shadowing. Looks very realistic but are easy to clean.

Is it possible to get a sample of this flooring?

Asked by: Karen
You can either request a sample from your local Home Depot, or you can get a sample from the Armstrong website. You would want to go to the specific product's page and you will see a link that says "Order Sample"

Can this be installed in a bathroom?

I love this flooring, but would like to have it in my bathroom. Years ago this type (laminate) of flooring was not recommended for kitchens and bathrooms, hoping this has changed. Does the warranty cover this if it is installed in a bathroom?
Asked by: Mary
Hi Mary, You can use laminate flooring in wet-location rooms of your home, but the floor must be installed correctly and it must be cleaned routinely from spills. As it states on the warranty page for Bruce: "Will resist water damage caused by normal household spills and cleaning when our recommended cleaning practices are used." As long you follow this information, you can get a long-lasting floor for your bathroom. Joseph

How to clean dirt build-up on light grey laminate tile flooring?

My light grey laminate tile floor has a lot of dirt build-up. A steam mop was not removing the dirt, so I sprayed a section of the floor with a bleach cleaner. Now the laminate is coming clean, but I'm worried I have ruined the original finish on the laminate. What should I do? How should I clean the entire floor to remove the film of dirt and restore the product to it's original color & luster?

Customer Reviews

Pathways Grand Coral Sand 8 mm Thick x 15-61/64 in. Wide x 47-49/64 in. Length Laminate Flooring (21.15 sq. ft. / case) is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sheik and refined kitchen flooring. Just installed the floor myself in my kitchen directly over old vinyl. It is very beautiful; product looks sheik and gives the first impression of stone. Though I am a white collar professional, I was able to install myself with only a little hair-pulling. Closing seams can be a little persnickety as you can damage the laminate if you apply too much force. The surface is extremely hard; I wore out two laminate specific skill saw blades. It is also very easy to clean. My guess is that this will be a very durable floor. The 30 year warranty is nice too!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Laminate Flooring The floor looks great, but with this snap/click product I'm getting creaking joints when you walk on it. I've used other snap/click products in my home and have not had this problem.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stay away from Bruce Laminate This flooring is bad. It's made from cardboard and every carton has broken edges. The locking system is impossible to latch. Tap on one board and another pops loose. After trying two cartons I have decided to return the other eight and go with a better made laminate.
